Is that poison?
The criminal boss panicked as he realized what he had just done. Sitting down heavily on the floor, he clutched his chest, blood spilling from his mouth.
Detective Tihsan (shouting in frustration):
Oh no no no, not again! After all this time and hard work… not again!
He screamed, his face twisted with anger and disbelief.
Tihsan (voice breaking):
You can't die! Why would you kill yourself? You fucking bastard!
He gasped, blood dripping down his chin.
Suddenly, the boss coughed violently, spitting out more blood.
Criminal boss (choking, laughing through the pain):
You fools… thought you could catch us that easily?
He laughed darkly, blood frothing around his lips.
"I had fun… Wish I could live longer, enjoy all that money. Rofiq's dead anyway, so there's no reason for me to stay alive. Always wanted to die like this — watching my enemies desperate. Hehehehehe…"
Tihsan punched him fiercely, trying to silence the mocking laughter, but it only spilled more blood.
Detective Tihsan (defeated):
This can't be happening. Second time I get so close to the boss and fail. Aaaargh!
Blizzard stepped forward and put a calming hand on his shoulder.
Blizzard:
Calm down.
Tihsan (snapping):
Why?
Blizzard:
Because this isn't the real boss.
Tihsan:
What? What do you mean?
Blizzard:
Remember Parvej? The guy I met before?
Tihsan (slowly):
Yeah…
Blizzard:
This is the same Parvej, not the boss we've been chasing. Even if he had lived, he wouldn't have given us much information—just like the other guy we killed in the house.
Tihsan:
Are you sure? You couldn't tell by his voice?
Blizzard:
No. He completely changed it. I don't know how, but he did.
Tihsan (frustrated):
Then where's the boss? We wasted so much time. Even if this guy isn't the boss, he could've helped us a little. Killing that other man was a terrible mistake.
Blizzard:
Who knew they'd be suicidal? We got played hard. Did the boss know I was a fake, planning to attack them?
Tihsan (sighing):
I warned you, but you said it would work. I've made mistakes too.
Blizzard (regretful):
That guy outsmarted me this time. Never thought the organization had someone that smart.
Tihsan:
You're dumb if you think otherwise. They have plenty of brains—that's why they're so successful. You think a bunch of brainless fools built an organization fooling the whole police department?
Tihsan and Blizzard began searching Parvej's clothes and found a note in one pocket.
Blizzard:
There's something written here. Let's read it.
"If you're reading this, Parvej and Rofiq have been caught or killed. I never believed any of this was real — something was always off. That's why I didn't come myself and sent Parvej instead. Whoever you are—police or private detectives like the one I killed last year—thanks for the entertainment. Don't celebrate killing my men yet; I was planning to kill them myself. So, thank you?"
Tihsan (grimly):
That bastard… I can practically hear him laughing through this letter.
Blizzard:
Who did he kill last year? Why don't I know about it?
Tihsan:
One of the private detectives working this case got killed last year after getting close to the organization. He was brutally tortured for days—barely recognizable when found. You were on vacation then, so you didn't hear. It was top secret to avoid panic. The higher-ups in the police are corrupt and don't take criticism well.
Blizzard:
So this same guy killed him? He's dangerous, could've saved those men but chose to kill them instead.
Tihsan (bitter):
Our whole mission was for nothing. What a waste. That guy's a freak.
Blizzard:
Don't get too down—we saved the boy. He looked okay.
Tihsan:
Yeah, call the police and report everything. I'm exhausted. Need rest.
Phone rings
Tihsan (answering):
Hello? Walid?
Walid (on phone):
Hello detective, I'm doing well. How about you?
Tihsan:
Just got rid of some thugs. What's up?
Walid:
Something happened at school today…
Tihsan:
What is it?
Walid:
Bappi and I suspected a teacher might be involved, so we started investigating.
Tihsan:
And?
Walid:
Turns out the teacher's just a madman, not a criminal. That was two days ago. But today, he went missing. I think it's connected.
Tihsan:
I'll look into it. Don't worry.
Walid:
Okay, goodbye.
Tihsan:
Bye.
Blizzard:
Another incident? Wish I could come, but I'm swamped.
Tihsan:
This won't end until we destroy the organization. Take care, Blizzard. Thanks for everything.
Blizzard:
You too. Let's work together again sometime.
Tihsan (teasing):
Did you mind me calling you Shantoma?
Blizzard (blushing):
Ah… call me Blizzard.
Tihsan:
Haha, bye.
The police arrived, documented the scene, and identified Parvej and Rofiq as criminals with records including rape and kidnapping.
Two days later, Green High School
Teacher:
Listen up, everyone. Someone special is visiting today. Answer all questions politely, okay?
Students (shouting):
Yes ma'am!
Bappi (whispering):
Probably another cop.
Zubayer (teasing):
Maybe a sexy exchange student, hehe.
Bappi:
In your dreams, man.
Zubayer:
You're as pathetic as your sports skills.
Steps approach.
A tall, handsome man in black walks into the classroom.
Walid (surprised):
Detective Tihsan!
Zubayer (mocking):
Did you say something, Walid?
Bappi (rolling eyes):
He's just daydreaming.
Detective Tihsan:
Hello, I'm Tihsan Jakoan, a private detective working for you. Nice to meet you.
Silence.
Tihsan (smiling):
Not very talkative, huh? I'm here about your missing teacher. I need all information. If you lie, you'll be in trouble. Hehe.
Zubayer (loudly):
You should question these two—they were scolded by the teacher a few days ago.
Tihsan (firm):
I'll talk to everyone. No naming names. I'll know if you lie.
The questioning continues until school ends.
After school
Walid and Bappi walk home. Suddenly, someone grabs Walid from behind.
Walid:
Who is this? Oh, it's you.
Tihsan:
Why didn't you wait for me?
Bappi:
We thought you wouldn't come.
Tihsan:
Thanks for calling me. I think something's definitely wrong. The teacher had no known enemies or close friends.
Walid:
He was rude when angry, so he probably had enemies.
Tihsan:
I heard about your argument. Everyone's been talking.
Walid:
Yeah, Bappi was just defending me.
Tihsan (smirking):
So you killed him?
Walid (shocked):
Wait, what?!
Bappi (staring):
Tihsan (laughing):
Just kidding! But people say the teacher was a great guy. Maybe he just had a bad day.
Bappi:
Exactly. He was a good teacher.
Walid:
What do you think happened to him?
Tihsan:
Probably kidnapped for the black market. I don't think he'll survive.
Walid:
Black market?
Tihsan:
The dark web. Let's talk somewhere private.
They head to a nearby restaurant.
At the restaurant
Tihsan:
You know about the dark web, right?
Bappi & Walid:
Yeah, seen videos about human trafficking.
Tihsan:
Good. There's a website selling real human meat—most likely from killed victims. The site's run by a secret fanatic organization. One of the detectives I worked with, Blizzard, infiltrated them.
Bappi:
Wait, members?
Tihsan:
Yeah, they collect human bodies for clients who pay huge sums. Most members are top criminals. Blizzard got in because of her father's money.
Walid:
That's insane!
Tihsan:
While browsing the site, we found a boy's photo—being sold alive.
Walid:
No way!
Tihsan:
Yeah…
