Meeting some conditions that were a national secret, Sir Nighteye could foresee an individual's future. Not just an immediate future, either. He could literally see years ahead… until the death of that individual.

In combat situations, assuming Sir Nighteye met all the conditions to activate Foresight on an individual beforehand, he used it for dodging and countering all moves.

Luke knew all this because he had read a book on the Fallen Heroes who could have changed the course of the Final War if they had remained alive by that time.

Because of his interest in Aina's Quirk, Sir Nighteye had always kept close contact with the Saionji family, even knowing the secret of Mr. Reijirou's Soothsayer Quirk.
However, as Luke knew about Sir Nighteye's life and inner struggles from the book he had read in his past life, he knew the Pro Hero would never go out of his way to use Foresight on him.
Also, unlike most people in the country, Luke knew the conditions Sir Nighteye needed to meet to activate Foresight.
An initial physical touch and eye contact with the target.
With these conditions met, the Foresight would remain active on a target for one hour as long as eye contact was maintained.
Mirai was a cold and intimidating person, and he would rarely use his Quirk nonchalantly for personal humor.
But things had changed recently, Luke knew.
The secret meeting his father had arranged with the Top Heroes clearly showed Sir Nighteye's deep involvement.
Luke had read about Mirai's famous foresight regarding All Might, claiming that the No. 1 Hero would die soon at the hands of a Villain.
In his past life, that prophecy had all but come true when All Might faced All For One in the Final War. Almost because All For One had died, while All Might survived.
Sir Nighteye of this world wouldn't know that, though, believing that the scene of All Might's death he had seen through Foresight was coming soon.
So, he wouldn't spare using his Quirk on all the individuals who were deeply related to it, hoping to change the future — a paradoxical wish that went against his very beliefs and knowledge.
Decrypting all this in a single breath, Luke gulped as Sir Nighteye walked toward the boys, surrounded by the girls.
He'd thought he would avoid this meeting with the Training Camp starting tomorrow.
It seemed Sir Nighteye would go to any length to use Foresight on him, hoping to see Dr. Blessed's whereabouts through Luke's future, even if it meant dropping his busy schedule and joining a bunch of kids at a resort.
Of course, using Clown's abilities, Luke mimicked the expressions that were surfacing on his fellow students, bringing awe, admiration, and shock to his face.
None here had seen Sir Nighteye up this close.
None had known how ripped the seemingly lanky Pro Hero was.
As Sir Nighteye arrived next to the Hot Spring, Midoriya, Tenya, Kaminari, Uraraka, and others surrounded him.
"Haha!" Luke laughed, keeping himself far. "I told you, guys… It's a secret training before the Training Camp…"
All eyes widened.
Sir Nighteye nudged his glasses, eyeing Luke. "I am not here to train anyone," he said flatly. Then, slowly, he brought his gaze to Midoriya. "But… I wouldn't mind seeing what you all have learned at UA so far."
Bright smiles replaced shocked expressions, the boys and girls hurraying at that.
Luke sighed within, successfully misdirecting Sir Nighteye's thoughts toward the kids. This faux training would keep the Pro Hero busy, letting him contact Nyx in the meantime.
Or so Luke thought — before he found Sir Nighteye barging out of the wild group of students and approaching him.
"Renji Saionji…" Sir Nighteye said, looking down into Luke's eyes. "Quirk: Raven. Bold name for a Quirk, given I can't see your raven… anywhere. What can you even do without her?"
Everyone had gone silent behind Sir Nighteye, not expecting this sudden questioning tone, especially toward Luke.
Only Aina kept smiling since, in her opinion, this was as good as Sir Nighteye interviewing Luke.
Of course, only Luke and Sir Nighteye knew what this was — an excuse.
Luke refused to fall into a prolonged conversation with the Pro Hero, though.
So, smirking, he said, "… Not much. I can give you an autograph, though. Want one?"
Jaws dropped.
It was so silent that they could hear the hissing of steam.
Sir Nighteye's eyes widened behind the glasses, a blankness taking over his face. Then, suddenly, the corners of his mouth arched up. "… Haha…"
Aina rushed toward them and threw herself at Luke, hugging him. "Yay! Welcome to Sir Nighteye Agency!!!"
And no matter how much Decrypting he used, a stunned Luke couldn't figure out what in the name of Mr. Fool just happened!
