The Villain, identified as Wolfram, had betrayed Sam and then kidnapped David.

On the bed, All Might rested as Toshinori, his blue gaze planted on the TV Screen.
On the TV, they were watching a blurry image of Dr. Blessed operating on Sam, a bleeding, pink-haired girl standing next to him.
"After reviewing the earlier footage," one of the Investigators from America said, "we noticed that Dr. Samuel Abraham had been accidentally shot in the head. However, when he was found in the Tower, there was no such wound on his head."
If it were any other time, All Might would have frowned at the mere sight of this footage.
