Zhu Rong moved swiftly across the battlefield, avoiding direct clashes with the beasts and slowly distancing himself more and more from the center of the battlefield.
His condition hadn't improved, in fact, he was still struggling not to give in to the pain pulsing through his entire body.
The internal damage he had suffered was anything but minor, but he managed to suppress most of it, enough to keep it from getting worse.
With the strength he had left, he continued pushing forward through the battlefield.
Even so, no matter how stealthy he tried to be, unlucky encounters with both beasts and humans kept happening left and right, and so every now and then he had no choice but to fight.
Had it not been for the fact that he had sensed the arrival of the three Spirit Realm beings, and more importantly, their fight moving further away, he would've seriously worried about being buried here for good.
