As the sun rose once more, the crew stretched and got up from their beds and bags. Ehma cranked the ignition a couple of times until the machine came to life with a cold roar. As they huddled into the tank, John let off the clutch and made his way down the wide streets to the shore. As they passed children heading for school and fishermen getting ready for their trips, Ehma decided to make an announcement to everyone.
"So since no one can come up with a name for the tank, I've decided on it myself. It shall be called…The Radiant Stoat."
"That's a cute name." Commented Suki
The rest of the crew had no objections, so they were now the crew of the Radiant Stoat.
A few moments later they arrived at dock 6 as Willy instructed. The old sailor was sitting on a bollard with rope wrapped around it.
"Glad you could make it. Though I imagined the crew to be a bit bigger." He laughed to himself.
"Ferry is ready for loading. I've got fish and bread ready for you lot."
John carefully drove the Stoat up the rickety ramps and parked it at the stern of the ferry. The crew got out and entered into the interior of the large ship.
"Make yourself comfortable. Promise I won't bite hehe."
Inside was a simple lounge with a couple of couches, bean bags and an old fridge.
"You can sleep in here if ya want or you could go back to that tank of yours. I'll be in the bridge for most of the voyage. Let me know if you need anything." Said Willy as he climbed the stairs to the top of the ship.
