(Soon, Pikachu, Eevee, and Marill run down the hill.)
Mew: "Pikachu! Eevee!"
(Mew cries out as she leaps over the railing and takes off down the hill.)
(Misty passes Brock the little ones.)
Misty: "Here Brock, take Togepi and Pichu for me!"
Brock: "O-kay!"
(Brock says, and takes the two Pokemon.)
(Then Misty follows Mew.)
Misty: "Marill!"
Mew: "Come on Misty, let's hurry!"
(Mew says.)
Misty: "Right!"
(Misty says.)
(Both girls charge down the hill.)
(Mew swoops up Pikachu and Eevee while Misty scoops up Marill.)
(Just then, the girls trip and are thrown over the side of the cliff.)
(The two scream and fall and crash into the raging river below.)
(Tomo and Jen cry out.)
Tomo and Jen: "MEW!"
(And Brock cries out.)
Brock: "MISTY!"
(Brock, Tomo, Jen and the Pokemon follow the girls and Pokemon being swept down the river.)
(Tomo calls out.)
Tomo: "DON'T LET GO!"
(Brock calls out.)
Brock: "Hang on!"
Mew: "WE WILL!"
(Mew calls out.)
(And Misty calls out.)
Misty: "Just take care of Pichu and Togepi..."
(Jen calls out.)
Jen: "Don't worry! We'll get downstream somehow and save you guys, and Marill too!"
(Suddenly, the group hear a rumbling sound, making them turn to see the beautiful girl rumbling towards them on tip-toes and with her parasol trailing behind her.)
(She soon skids to a stop and breaths heavily to catch her breath.)
(Brock is very happy to see the lady from before.)
Brock: "My sweet angel is here! She's like a lovely dream come true!"
(Suddenly, the girl angrily grabs Tomo by the collar.)
the girl: "Alright, you weaselly Pokemon thief! What did you do with my little Marill?!"
Tomo: "Are you supposed to be a dream or a nightmare?!"
(Tomo panics.)
(The girl then angrily demands.)
The girl: "I heard you talking about my Marill, now where is it!"
Tomo: "YOUR MARILL?!"
(Tomo questions.)
The girl: "YES! What have you done with my Pokemon!"
(The girl demands.)
Jen: "It... went for a little swim."
(Jen sheepishly says.)
(Brock quickly takes Tomo off the girl's hand and allows him to fall on Amaura's back.)
(Then Brock says.)
Brock: "I believe I can rectify this terrible misapprehension!"
(and takes the girl's hand.)
Brock: "My name is Brock and I can assure you that neither of us had anything to do with your Pokémon's abduction! Please tell me your name so that I may emblazon it upon my heart!"
Wilhemina: "My name's Wilhemina, Brock."
(The girl introduces herself.)
Brock: "Did you hear that guys! Ahhhhh, her last name is the same as my first name!"
(Brock says, in dream land.)
Tomo: "Yeah, what a coincidence,"
(Tomo replies, dumbfounded.)
(Togepi happily says.)
Togepi: "Toge-Toge-Piiiiii"
Pichu: "Pichu?"
(Pichu replies, confused.)
(Meanwhile down the river, Mew and Misty have crawled out of the river with the Pokemon by their side.)
Misty: "At least we're safe now..."
(Misty says.)
(Mew says.)
Mew: "And out of the river.
(And soon, Marill bursts into tears)
(Misty groans in pain.)
Misty: "Oh no, stop! I've had enough water for one day!"
(Marill continues crying, but Mew picks Marill up and tries to rock her to calm her down.)
(Sadly, it's not working.)
(Losing her temper, Misty screams.)
Misty: "STOP CRYING!"
(Marill freezes in shock, and begins to cry again.)
(Misty backs off in surprise.)
(Then Marill runs away in sulking terror.)
Mew: "Marill!"
(Mew calls out.)
(Misty shouts.)
Misty: "HEY! Where do you think you're going, you little cry-baby!"
(Mew, Misty, Pikachu, and Eevee rush off to catch up with Marill, unaware that the Aqua Mouse Pokemon has her ribbon left behind.)
(Marill runs blindly, crying until she trips over a rock and lands on her face and cries more.)
(Soon, Mew and the others are able to catch up,)
(Misty kneels to Marill.)
Misty: "Hey, what's the matter? Here."
(Misty picks up Marill, but the Pokemon slaps her hand and jumps away.)
Misty: "Don't do that!"
(Misty says, upset.)
Misty: "Go ahead and stay here and cry then!"
(and turns away from Marill.)
Mew: "But Misty..."
(Mew says.)
(Then Pikachu and Eevee walk to Misty.)
(Misty stares at Pikachu and Eevee, and then slowly turns to Marill and Mew.)
(Seeing that Misty lets out a sigh.)
(Soon, the group begins to walk together.)
Misty: "We'll find a way to get Marill back to its trainer,"
(Misty says.)
(Soon, Pikachu and Eevee walk beside Marill, and Marill and Pikachu are holding hands.)
(Mew thinks for a minute and says.)
Mew: "Marill are supposed to have super sensitive hearing, so I wonder if this little one could..."
(With an idea in mind, Misty turns to Marill.)
Misty: "Marill, if you try as hard as you can, you can use those cute little ears of yours and listen for your trainer. Wanna give it a shot?"
Marill: "Marill Mar?" (You think it'll work?)
(Marill asks.)
Pikachu: "Pika Pika!" (It just might!)
(Pikachu says.?
Mew: "Pikachu's right. It might work, so it's worth a try.
Marill: "Marill Marill," (Well, here goes.)
(Marill says, and begins to wiggle her ears.)
Misty: "Do you hear anything familiar?"
(Misty asks.)
(However, nothing comes to her hearts that are familiar.)
Mew: "Marill is still young so it might take a bit longer for her to pick up something,"
(Mew says.)
(Marill continues to try to pick up something, so far nothing.)
(Misty then loses her temper.)
Misty: "Can't you hurry up and hear faster?!"
(Marill begins to cry again, hearing that Misty loses her cool.)
(Mew picks up Marill and rocks her.)
Mew: "It's okay, Marill. It's okay."
(Misty panics.)
Misty: "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! My mistake! I didn't mean to."
Mew: "It's okay Marill, it's okay!"
(Mew says, and Marill stops crying.)
(Mew smiles and says.)
Mew: "Tell you what, we'll just go search for your trainer, okay?"
(Marill nods her head in reply.)
(Meanwhile, Brock and the others, along with Wilhemina, are still searching for the others by walking down the river.)
(Tomo looks around.)
Tomo: "Mew and Misty will take care of your Marill, you'll see."
Brock: "And I'll promise to look after her in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, till death do us part, I do, I DO!"
(Brock happily says.)
Tomo: "You're gonna scare her off, Brock."
(Tomo says.)
(Wilhemina sadly says.)
Wilhemina: "This is all my fault, I never should have let little Marill out of my sight for a second!"
(And comes to a stop.)
Brock: "Don't blame yourself, Wilhemina."
(Brock says.)
(But Wilhemina says.)
Wilhemina: "This is the first time it's been on its own, it's just a baby, it could wander around for days or even weeks and never be able to find its way home, and then I'll never see my poor little Marill ever again."
(And soon begins to cry.)
(But Brock grabs her hand and she lifts her parasol to see Brock staring into her eyes.)
(Brock says.)
Brock: "Listen to me, Wilhemina. We'll find Marill, no matter what it takes! Trust me, we'll find Marill!"
Wilhelmina: "You think so?"
(Wilhelmina asks.)
Brock: "I know so, and no matter what happens and no matter how long it takes, I promise I'll be here for you until Marill is back safe and sound!"
(Brock says.)
(Wilhelmina happily says.)
Wilhelmina: "Ohhhh! You're great, Brock!"
Brock: "So are you, Wilhemina,"
(Brock says.)
(Jen smiles and says.)
Jen: "I think she really likes him."
