The forest echoed with the sound of blows colliding.
Leaves scattered as two bodies blurred through the trees. Raizen and Might Fist were locked in a furious Taijutsu spar. Every movement was sharp, every strike calculated. Neither held back.
Might Fist launched forward, using Soru to vanish and reappear behind Raizen.
Might Fist: "Don't blink."
Raizen twisted mid air, deflecting the punch and countering with a rising kick.
Raizen: "Too slow."
They clashed again. Mighty Fist attempted a Tekken fueled punch, but Raizen blocked it with hardened forearms, enhanced by Armament Haki.
The shockwave cracked a tree nearby.
Might Fist: "Still holding back?"
Raizen: "You'd be unconscious if I wasn't."
They both leapt into the air. Geppo let them stay suspended, dancing from point to point. Raizen dropped down with a crushing roundhouse. Might Fist blocked but slid back on impact.
The fight went on for sometime but both did not give up. Both testing the other's endurance. Sweat poured, fists flew, and power surged.
Finally, with a precise Soru dash and low kick, Raizen swept Mighty Fist off his feet and pinned him.
Raizen: "Done."
Raizen stood up and offered his hand.
Mighty Fist took it, pulling himself up with a grin.
Mighty Fist: "Next time, I win."
Raizen: "I'll be waiting."
High above in the canopy, a shadow watched silently. White hair, blue armor. Two sharp eyes focused like a hawk.
Tobirama Senju.
He has been observing them for nearly an hour. Not just their movements but their growth, their coordination, and above all their will.
Even without chakra, even without ninjutsu, they had pushed themselves past most ninjas. Especially Raizen.
Tobirama leapt silently from the tree and vanished in a flash.
Later that evening as the boys cleaned up and prepared to head back home. A shinobi arrived with a message.
Shinobi: "Orders from the Hokage. Both of you report to his office. Now."
They glanced at each other.
Might Fist: "Are we in trouble?"
Raizen: "If we were, we wouldn't get a meeting we'd get a beating."
They made their way to the Hokage building. All passing shinobi whispered and looked at them with mixed curiosity and amusement.
As they entered the office, they saw Tobirama standing by the window, arms folded, back straight.
He turned slowly to face them.
His gaze was sharp, but not hostile.
Tobirama: "You two, what exactly are you doing?"
Raizen and Might Fist remained silent.
Tobirama: "I've watched you fly through trees and air. I've seen strikes that crack wood and dashes that blur your body. That's not normal Taijutsu."
Raizen: "We created a style. Still in development. But it works."
Tobirama: "You created it?"
Raizen: "Yes. Just like you created Flying Thunder God and Shadow Clones."
Tobirama was intrigued.
