This will be about MC abilities and also I would like to have your thoughts about his future main heroine hahaha.
First of all give me your thoughts about our MC's Abilities:
1. White Karma Seal (on his Right Eye):
~ Enhances Physical Strength, Speed, and Jutsu.
~ Inherited Ōtsutsuki's battle experienced.
~ Inherited small amount of Ōtsutsuki essence.
~ Increases his Amount of Chakra.
Limitation: Defective Karma
2. Awakened Byakugan (Due to White Karma):
Hakutai - can nullify any jutsu.
Limitations:
~ Doesn't work with taijutsu, kenjutsu or any physical attacks.
~ Target Restriction, jutsu can only be nullified if he or his ally is targeted. Self Activated Jutsu like Intangibility or Izanagi won't be nullified.
~ High Chakra Cost - can be reduced if the user trains. (Mastery Improves Efficiency)
Mugenkan - 360° vision with zero blindspot.
Limitation:
~ No movement perception like Sharingan.
X-Ray Vision - sees chakra flow in extreme detail (veins, and tenketsu)
Long Distance Vision - can see long distances upto 20km.
3. Ice Release and Lightning Release. (He will be more proficient in Ice Release though. I will also post in the future his maybe Shinjutsu like Ice Release jutsu)
4. Rasengan - of course, of course. The best jutsu out there but I'm still hesitating if I should make him learn it.
Possible Shinjutsu:
Hakutai and Mugenkan
No Hand Sign
Rasengan Uzuhiko or nah??
Will he be overpowered or is it balanced? Please give me you thoughts.

Give me your thoughts about this one too. I'm more inclined in choosing Mommy Godaime Mizukage hehe.
As for the upcoming chapters, I will be uploading it (3 or 4 chapters a week) as soon as I completed it. I want to create a better fan fiction with an actual story plan and a somewhat excellent plot but just don't expect it to be great. I'm just a bored newbie writer.
