The forest is silent. At least it was until they decided to dash at him again but this time using a formation. The highest graded would dash at him while the lowest would cover them. It's simple but effective. First four sorcerers dashed at him using offensive techniques against him but Sayi dodges in with ease.
Then one guy desperately cats a technique called 'earth spikes' which would create spikes from the ground. It is a basic learnable technique so because of that Sayi was able to dodge it again with minimal effort.
Then another man uses water to make a big water dragon. It was a huge one but it was no use since Sayi severed the dragon with one swing of his sword. The water molecules spreaded through the air and eventually equally joined together with the two parts and transformed into two seperate dragons which dashed at Sayi.
Sayi who was still standing confidently jumped up in the air and caused the two strains to hit the ground and then turn into water. He then fell into the ground with both legs and launched himself forward to the one who attached. He swing his sword but a barrier made by the village chief blocked it. The person jumped back out of the swords reach just in time before the barrier is broken
The chief understood the capabilities of his sword
"it has barrier penetration capability along with insane durability"
he finds the answer.
The battle rages on meanwhile the rescue team is evacuating the citizens. They rush to houses sharing everyone. The people moved hurrying. Dust particles raises through the air from the force of hundreds of feets slamming the the ground.
But then another explosion occured, This one was a bit more weaker than before. This explosion was not that much far away from Sayi so the shockwave caused dust to rise up and cover the place.
"What now!" The commander of the rescue team shouted. "Another one" the village chief said to his men in disbelief. One is tough but two is even tougher.
But that was not the end in fact it b was not even close to the trouble they are gonna face.
Boom !!
Multiple exposions occured at various parts of the village and caused even more disbelief.
"More?" The commander said with a fear filled face and also a trembling voice. It was evident he is scared, if help doesn't survive soon then they are gonna die soon, all of them.
"STAY STRONG MY MIGHTY SOLDIERS"
The chief said with a loud determined voice.
Chief : OUR STRENGTH IS UNITED BY OUR MENTALITY, NO MATTER THE ENEMY NO MATTER THE SITUATION WE V WILL V FIGHT UNTIL OUR LAST BREATH !!
His words pumped everyone with courage against the dust rushing against them. Thier will to battle had been awakened and now they have a stand off against Sayi, the knight in black.
Sayi: you guys are more pumped up then before. What happened in the span of 30 second from i lost sight of you guys
He says while his body was visible again after the dust settles
Chief : I see. You guys did come here with a plan. Expected from an organisation like yours
Sayi : plan? I didn't knew more people would come here i was sent here alone
Sayi was dumbfounded that more people has arrived but at the same time the village chief was suprised by his words but judging from his expression it doesn't appear like he was lying.
Chief : well, maybe you have such a low IQ to be called for a confidential attack plan.
Slightly irritated Sayi replied
Sayi : did you just call me dumb?
Chief : maybe? Who knows?
The chief smirked while saying that but sai is furious, he is atleast smart enough to know what he meant
Sayi : well that's enough for me to play with you. Since you insulted me I'll stop holding back and nose you shall all witness a massacre!
Sayi said in an unusual serious tone.
'He was holding back' the chief thought to himself as his smirk disappeared and is replaced by a serious face.

While they fight help from the other villages arrive and rushed to many regions where the explosions was heard. But found no one.
" Where is the attackers "
One guy asks. " From the information we recieved the attackers are hiding in houses and the explosions occur in the regions near them so the most logical thing to do is to check every house near the region" the squad one leader replied.
Then they began to search all the houses but still found no lead. "They are not here" one guy said. "Hmm it appears that they are highly planned. They are doing something" the squad one leaders reply didn't relieve the confusion among them.
"So this village has something that caught thier eye"
One guy asked "yeah this is the stongest village in the country and also is the special one" the squad one village started the explanation
" The special one?" A question was raised by someone "yeah a special one, This village protects one of the 6 devil gems" everyone was fond of the devil gems but never saw it our even had a mission to cross paths with them.
"What gem is in here" one guy asked out of the want to know more.
Squad 1 leader : the gem in here is the strongest, most lethal, efficient force of sorcery. The one that's energy levels is beyond our understanding. The one that kendo used in the death war to destroy multiple countries, and also erase a continent from existence and also while out 70% of all of Earth's population. It's the SHADOW GEM
The defenition shook everyone that such a powerful gem isn't protected by the nation itself. "If a powerful stone like that exist then why is it protected by only a village and not the country of virlon itself?" Someone opened his mouth to ask the question everyone asked to themselves. The squad leader v was serious but then smiled lightly while looking up the dark sky

His words didn't answer the question but it meant that no one knows the answer for it.
They began to talk somemore and actually forgot about thier objective but then a laughter was heard behind their backs.

They were sent here to fight thier enemies, with that thought they turned around to face the figure who was walking from an unusual mist they didn't saw before.
He was skinnier than Sayi judging from the shadow figure projecting from the mist.
"Who are you" the squad 1 leader asked.
The mysterious guy stood there and clicked his tongue. The next moment all the mist receded and disappeared.
"An ability to control the mist" the squad 1 leader came to a conclusion.
His quick conclusion put a smile into the mysterious man's face.
"It appears you guys have excellent observation skills".
He said with a smile on his face.
"It isn't that hard to figure out you just got rid of it in plain sight" the squad leaders attitude astonished him.
"You know, you're someone I like to kill"
That mysterious man said
"It seems to be that you're from the dark order and is attacking this place" the squad 1 leader said to the guy.
"Well I haven't introduced myself to you" the squad 1 leader kne2 that he avoided the question to shorten the chat and jump straight to the battle
"I am Grill, the Demon of the dark order"
