Next Day
'So these two are going to fight now?' Min-Jae thought, sitting atop a broken tanker inside an old, abandoned building. In front of him stood Sung Jin-Woo on one side, and on the other, the National Authority Hunter, Thomas Andre.
As he observed the scene, suddenly both fighters' eyes fell upon him.
"Huh?" Min-Jae exclaimed, simply due to the fact that both fighters were now staring directly at him.

**Short Recap of How He Got There**
Sung Jin-Woo had arrived in the USA with the Vice Guild Master of Ahjin Guild, Yoo Jin-Ho. But moments after Sung Jin-Woo's arrival, chaos erupted.
While Sung Jin-Woo was busy with other business at the Hunter Bureau of the USA, Vice Guild Master Yoo Jin-Ho went missing. Sung Jin-Woo immediately deployed his shadow soldiers to find him.
He later discovered that Yoo Jin-Ho had been abducted by the infamous brother of the hunter he'd killed before—Hwang Dong-Soo, the brother of Hwang Dong-Suk.
Using his shadow soldiers, Sung Jin-Woo tracked down Yoo Jin-Ho, who was being held captive by Hwang Dong-Soo and a few other hunters. Yoo Jin-Ho had been brutally tortured.
Sung Jin-Woo arrived and took down Hwang Dong-Soo with ease. But then Thomas Andre showed up, and now the two stood facing each other.
And how did Min-Jae arrive here?
Well...

'I wish I could live this amazing life in this world without gates and everything,' Min-Jae thought as he walked around a nearby mall from his hotel. He held an ice cream in one hand and carried a few shopping bags in the other. An assistant assigned to him by the Hunter Bureau followed behind.
'I should have picked the Rent a Girlfriend universe.'
But suddenly, he sensed a massive spike of magical energy nearby.
'What the hell. Don't tell me it already started. I was just enjoying this amazing place,'
He stopped walking and turned to the assistant. "Here, hold these for a second." He handed her the bags. "I'll be back in a minute."
Before she could respond, he teleported.

Back to the Present
And that's how he ended up in the middle of two powerful fighters staring directly at him.
Thomas Andre, a towering figure with muscles that looked carved from stone, spoke up in English. His voice was deep and commanding. "So you brought backup? That's Hunter Cha Min-Jae, isn't it?" He grinned. "No problem. You'll both need all the backup you can get."
Min-Jae raised his hand dismissively. "No, no, no. I'm not doing anything. I'm not backup. I'm just a spectator."
Thomas Andre raised an eyebrow but said nothing more.
Sung Jin-Woo glanced at Min-Jae briefly, then turned his attention back to Thomas Andre.
The tension in the air was palpable.
---
Then the fight began.
It was intense from the start. Sung Jin-Woo's shadow soldiers engaged Thomas Andre's guild members while Jin-Woo himself faced off against Thomas directly. The clash was exactly what you would expect from such big names fighting each other.
Min-Jae watched from his perch atop the broken tanker, arms crossed, completely unbothered.
'This is better than any action movie,' he thought, 'This is my first time watching the shadow soldiers from within this universe and there are some new powerhouses.' He thought.
The fight escalated quickly. Thomas Andre transformed, as Golden armor like things covered his whole body, his aura overwhelming. But even in his transformed state, he couldn't match Sung Jin-Woo's speed and precision.
Eventually, Thomas was overwhelmed.
Sung Jin-Woo drove him back against a crumbling wall and began landing punch after punch. Thomas tried to block, tried to push back, but he couldn't. His transformation faded, his body reverting to normal as he slumped against the wall, bloodied and battered.
"Stop! That's enough!" one of Thomas's guild members shouted.
But Sung Jin-Woo didn't stop. His fists kept coming, relentless.
"Hunter Sung Jin-Woo, stop!" another voice called out.
Still, he didn't stop.
Finally, Thomas raised a trembling hand. "I lose," he muttered, his voice hoarse and defeated.
Only then did Sung Jin-Woo stop. He stepped back, his expression cold and unreadable.
Thomas slumped further against the wall, barely able to keep himself upright.
Min-Jae grinned from his seat. 'Now that was entertaining.'
But before he could even think about going over to congratulate Sung Jin-Woo, the man vanished—teleporting away without a word.
Min-Jae blinked. 'I was thinking I'd congratulate him or something. Guess not.'
---
He hopped down from the tanker and walked over to where Thomas Andre sat slumped against the wall, still catching his breath. A few of Thomas's guild members tried to approach and stop him, but the moment they got close, they hit Infinity and couldn't advance.
"What the—" one of them started.
Min-Jae ignored them and pulled out his phone. He snapped a few pictures of Thomas Andre sitting defeated against the wall.
"These pics are going to go viral," Min-Jae said with a smirk. "What a sight. A National Rank Hunter destroyed."
"Hey! You can't—" one of the guild members shouted.
But Min-Jae was already teleporting away.
He reappeared back at the mall, right where he'd left the assistant. She was still standing there, holding his bags, looking confused.
"Thanks," he said, taking the bags back. "Let's keep shopping."
She stared at him, completely bewildered. "Where did you—"
"Don't worry about it."
And with that, he continued walking through the mall as if nothing had happened.
