"Come on, Raphael! I said I'm sorry!! Please don't leave me!!" Her pained, pitiful voice echoed behind me, bouncing off the empty street like a desperate cry.
And you know what… I didn't give a single damn about it! Not this time.
I quickened my pace, my heels striking harder against the pavement as if I could leave behind her chaos along with her words.
Walking?
Yeah… the shitty woman just roamed around the empty city where not a single freaking store was open, burned through all her car's fuel, and now… I was forced to walk home with her in the middle of this freaky night!
"I am so sorry, please believe me… those bitches betrayed me… please, darling, don't leave me," she cried, clinging onto me like I was her lover or something.
