Chapter 101 - 101

Facts have proved that as long as you spend enough money, you can accumulate cards and other things.

After consuming 60% of the more than 1.4 billion spirit stones, Caesar closed the card drawing pool with satisfaction.

At this point, the three hundred Alchemist gold cards and the three hundred Philosopher's Stone cards were all complete.

Only...

Looking at the level stuck at 45, what now limited Caesar's advancement was no longer the card, but the level itself.

Even though Caesar completed commissions diligently, as his strength continued to grow, some ordinary S-level monsters could no longer provide him with much experience.

But fortunately, it was time for the plot to begin.

Some of the things that would appear in the storyline were quite impressive in strength. As long as he got enough kills, it would be easy to upgrade to level 50 and get a gold card.

However, Caesar was a little worried whether these experience monsters could help him reach level 60 and upgrade to a red card.

"Forget it. If it really doesn't work, I'll go find trouble with Serena before the Sirius Island storyline begins. I'll clear all the experience from him first. Then I'll go to the Albares Empire and wipe out all the twelve Holy Shields a few times. I don't believe I won't have enough experience."

Caesar, who had figured it out, waited silently.

But what he didn't expect was that this wait would last more than half a year.

Just when Caesar was wondering whether his interference had caused Lucy not to come to Fairy Tail, on July 7, X784, Natsu and Happy finally brought Lucy to the guild.

"Great! Is this Fairy Tail?!" Lucy shouted happily at the door.

Caesar heard the voice and looked over, spotting Lucy, who had run away from home, and Natsu, who was already fighting because of false information.

Seeing the situation grow more chaotic, Caesar sighed. A light flashed around his body, and he punched the ground.

Instantly, everything went quiet.

"What's going on? Why can't I move?!" Lucy was also affected, the vibration of the ground freezing her in place.

"I say, after all, we're new here, so please be considerate! I'm fixing things—it's tiring, okay?"

After hearing Caesar's words, those who had already grabbed tables and chairs awkwardly smiled.

The acupressure was released, and everyone put the tables and chairs back. The chaos subsided.

"Hey, Caesar!" Lucy noticed him and waved.

Caesar nodded. "Lucy, you're out?"

"Yeah, I... poof!"

Just as Lucy started walking toward Caesar, a figure dashed out and hugged her tightly. "Lucy, you're finally here!"

"Ugh?!" Lucy stared at Lisanna, completely confused.

What was happening?

"Calm down, Lisanna, this isn't Edolas." Mirajane held her back, and Lisanna finally came to her senses.

But Lisanna couldn't help wondering—if Lucy had come to the guild, would the others come too?

She had a good relationship with Juvia and Wendy. Hopefully, the two of them in this world could get along better.

Wait, no—Lucy seemed close to Natsu? That smelled like an affair!

For some reason, Lisanna felt a hint of hostility toward Lucy. Natsu was hers!

Lucy was completely lost. How could someone be so friendly one second and so hostile the next?

No, she didn't understand at all!

Just then, Caesar reached out his hand and helped Lucy up.

Lucy smiled and said, "Caesar, I'm here. Oh, and I haven't wished you a happy wedding yet."

"Fine," Caesar replied. "Since you've joined Fairy Tail, I'll give you a gift."

He opened his magic backpack and handed Lucy the Sagittarius and Gemini keys he had stored.

"Huh? Huh!!!" Lucy gasped at the two Zodiac keys in her hands.

Loke saw the scene and quickly retreated with his girlfriend. You can't mess with this guy!

"Well, I found them a good owner," Caesar said with satisfaction.

"No! It's too expensive!" Lucy quickly refused.

Even though she wanted the keys badly, she knew how valuable they were.

"It's okay, take them," Mirajane said, walking over. "Consider it Lisanna's apology for bumping into you."

"But they're so precious," Lucy muttered.

"Take it. Consider it an advance payment," Caesar said, raising two fingers. "I'll need your help later. This will be your reward."

"Alright!" Lucy nodded. She didn't know how she could help one of the Ten Holy Wizards, but since it wasn't a free gift, she accepted it happily. After all, she wanted those keys so badly.

As things settled down, Master Makarov returned from a meeting, his expression sour and a thick stack of complaints in his hand.

Lucy, the newest Fairy Tail wizard, soon saw the guild's infamous tradition.

Gray, after completing a mission, ran through the street in his underwear.

Elfman punched a client during a commission.

Cana drank twenty-six barrels of a customer's wine.

Loke dated the commentator's granddaughter and several female celebrities.

Natsu's destructive power was too great—his complaints were countless.

Arzak, Levy, Lidas, Mirajane, Lisanna, Caesar, Ur, Laxus, Gildarts... all had complaints to their names.

Lucy's worldview shattered instantly.

Then, to her shock, Makarov burned all the complaint forms with fire!

Smiling, he said, "If you care too much about what those above you say, your magic will never grow. Don't fear the idiots in the Council. Walk the path you believe in! That's what it means to be a Fairy Tail wizard!"

The passionate words filled the guild with cheers. Lucy finally understood what kind of guild Fairy Tail truly was—one that nurtured freedom, strength, and heart. And she realized why this place could produce so many incredible magicians.

Fairy Tail truly was the best.
