The police officer clearly didn't believe her and said, "Okay, you said there was another suspect. You chased after him, so where is he? What does he look like? Any distinguishing features?"
Shen Mu immediately replied, "He was wearing a black hat and a black mask, with narrow eyes that looked very scary."
The police officer shook his head, "Miss Shen, that description is too vague. I find it hard to believe that you're not just wasting my time."
He continued, "There were no signs of a struggle or any witnesses in the exhibition hall. All the evidence points to you as the prime suspect. I can't release you just because you made up a person."
