M was surprised, he quickly thought of something, something fast, then he charged at the vendor Pushing him, the vendor hit the wall.

Lily stand up while gripping the Table for support, she then Hugged M, and Cupped his checks. "It's okay, let's just get away from here." M let go of the glass shard and looked at his palm wounded due to the Glass, He then nodded.
M took a last look at the vendor's body full of stab due to what he did, He then Wrapped his arms around Lily shoulder supporting her. "Let's go."
As Lily and M leave the ice cream truck, he noticed his sister side stomach Bleeding. M asked "Are you sure you're okay?" Lily nodded. But M clearly knew she was not okay.
