At Hunnicut Farms, Liam, Mimi, and two men were carrying wicker baskets full of vegetables to the back of pickup trucks while Kudamon sat on top of one of them on lookout.
"It's a good thing those Digimon didn't get to our farm and did any damage to our crops." said Liam.
"You got that right, Liam." said Mimi. "So, they actually grow chicken legs, prime rib, and all sorts of meat from the ground in the Digital World like we do with our vegetables here?"
"You bet, Mee-Maw; even helped harvested some myself back in Floatia." replied Liam. The group put the wicker baskets into the back of the pickup trucks.
"I reckon we have room for a couple more baskets in these trucks." said Mimi.
"We should have plenty of rutabagas left in our crops." said Liam. The group turned towards the field.
"Liam; we have a Digimon coming this way." said Kudamon. The group turned to see a large, black and purple, birdlike Digimon with three legs flying towards the farm.
"What is that, a bird on steroids?!" asked one of the men. Liam points his artifact at the Digimon.
"That there's Crowmon; Ultimate Level, Bewitching Bird Type, Vaccine Attribute." said Liam. "It's special attack is Savage Emperor." The group saw Crowmon getting closer.
"I don't think we have a scarecrow big enough to keep that thing away!" said Mimi. Liam and Kudamon stepped forward.
"We don't need a scarecrow; right, Kudamon?" said Liam.
"Correct." said Kudamon. Liam pushes a button on his artifact and Kudamon begins to spin around.
"Kudamon, Digivolve to..." said Kudamon as he continued to spin until he turned into Reppamon.
"...Reppamon!" said Reppamon. Crowmon flies towards the group.
"You humans are coming with me!" exclaimed Crowmon. Reppamon runs from the group.
"I'll lure it away from the fields." said Reppamon.
"Thanks, Reppamon." said Liam. Crowmon flies after Reppamon; when they were far enough from the crops, Reppamon leaps at Crowmon.
"Razor Wind!" shouts Reppamon as he swings his tail and releases a blade of wind at Crowmon, but it kicks it with one of its legs, destroying it.
"Flaming Claw!" shouts Crowmon as one of its feet becomes surrounded by fire; it scratches Reppamon with it, knocking him to the ground, but he gets up. He looks to see Crowmon flying towards him.
"Rolling Tackle!" shouts Reppamon as he jumps towards Crowmon while doing an aerial somersault and slashes its chest with his tail, causing him to yell in pain; Reppamon lands on the ground.
"You'll regret that; Savage Emperor!" yelled Crowmon. Energy surrounds its three legs and it begins firing energy blasts at Reppamon; he dodged the first two blasts, but the third lands on the spot Reppamon was about to land on, causing an explosion that sends him flying and he lands on the ground.
"You okay, Reppamon?" asked Liam.
"I'll be fine." replied Reppamon as he gets up; he leaps towards Crowmon. "Lion Claw!" He clings onto Crowmon's wing and starts biting it, causing Crowmon to yell; it swings its wing, throwing Reppamon off.
"Savage Emperor!" shouts Crowmon as it fires energy blasts from its feet and they hit Reppamon while he was in mid-air; he crashes onto the ground.
"Reppamon!" shouts Liam. His artifact suddenly begins to glow. "I reckon it's time to go Ultimate, huh, Reppamon?"
"I couldn't agree with you more, Liam." replied Reppamon as he gets up. Liam pushes a glowing button his artifact and Reppamon begins to spin.
"Reppamon, Digivolve to..." said Reppamon as he continues to spin; a cyclone of light surrounds Reppamon. When the cyclone vanishes, he was now Chirinmon.
"...Chirinmon!" said Chirinmon. Crowmon flies towards Chirinmon.
"Savage Emperor!" shouts Crowmon as it fires energy blasts from its feet.
"Knowledge of Swift!" shouts Chirinmon as he moves from one spot to another, leaving a clone of itself on each one; Crowmon's blast hits each clone instead of the actual Chirinmon.
"Stand still so I can destroy you!" yells Crowmon. Chirinmon appears above Crowmon.
"Now why would I do something like that?" asked Chirinmon, making Crowmon turn its head towards him. "Holy Wave!" An aura appears around his wings and he unleashes it onto Crowmon, hitting it, and sending it falling onto the ground, crashing into it. Crowmon gets up and flies towards Chirinmon, screaming.
"Time to end this; Wind Cutter Sword!" shouts Chirinmon. He flies down towards Crowmon and drives his horn straight into Crowmon's chest, making Crowmon yell in anguish; Chirinmon lands back on the ground while Crowmon continued to scream until it disintegrated.
"You showed that overgrown buzzard not to mess with ya." said Liam. Chirinmon nodded before he De-Digivolved back into Wanyamon. "Now, lets hurry and get what we can into the trucks before anymore Digimon show up." After loading a basket of rutabagas into the back of each pickup truck, the group climbed into them and headed back towards the safe zone.
Meanwhile, with Zach, his parents, and Lynn Jr; were in a van, heading over to the Royal Woods Middle School to look for supplies.
"I still can't believe what you and your friends have been through, Zach." said Mrs. Gurdle.
"We thought that you all were abducted by aliens." said Mr. Gurdle.
"That would've been cool." said Zach.
"Yeah, you would think that." said Lynn. She then looks over at Gotsumon and knocks on his head. "Rock solid partner you got."
"Well, I am made of rock." Gotsumon replied.
"Hey, I think we're almost to the middle school." said Zach, making everyone else look to see that he was right.
"So, we should check the school cafeteria for food supplies, and the nurse's office for medical stuff." said Lynn.
They park near a loading dock at the middle school, then quietly get out of the van and look around for Digimon.
"Any other Digimon around besides Gotsumon?" asked Zach. His parents and Lynn look around and spots a Vilemon flying around.
"What's that?" asked Lynn, making everyone else look to see the aerial Digimon.
"Hide." whispered Zach, making everyone get behind a dumpster.
"What is that Digimon?" asked Mrs. Gurdle.
"Vilemon, they're like air recon for Titamon." said Zach.
"I got it." said Gotsumon. "Rock Fist!" He launches a rock from his head that hits the Vilemon in its face, knocking it out.
"Sweet!" said Lynn.
The group quietly make their way inside the school and start gathering supplies. Zach and Lynn grabbed food from the cafeteria while Zach's parents get medical supplies from the nurse's office.
Twenty minutes later, the group load everything into the van.
"I think that's all we can carry." said Mrs. Gurdle.
"Yeah." said Lynn. "Too bad we didn't think to bring Vanzilla along."
"Let's head back to the safe zone." said Mr. Gurdle.
"Not so fast." said a voice, making everyone look around to see a Digimon with a skinny body, several tentacles acting as its legs, a massive brain on its head, and a laser gun in one of its hands. The Gurdles look at it with delight.
"An alien!" said Mr. Gurdle.
"Do you come in peace?!" asked Mrs. Gurdle with excitement.
"Should we take you to our leader?!" asked Mr. Gurdle. Zach quickly gets over his fanboy tendencies and points his artifact at the Digimon.
"Hate to break it to you, Mom and Dad; but that's not an alien." said Zach. "That's Vademon; Ultimate Level, ooh, it's a Space Alien type, Virus Attribute; its special attack is Evil Kiss."
"So, it's not an alien?" asked Mr. Gurdle with disappointment.
"Well, it's technically from another world, so it kind of is one." said Zach.
"And I don't come in peace!" said the Digimon now known as Vademon. Zach looks at Gotsumon who looked ready for battle.
"Ready?" asked Zach.
"You have to ask?" asked Gotsumon.
"Time to Digivolve!" said Zach as he pushes a button on his artifact.
"Gotsumon, Digivolve to..." Gotsumon says as he starts to spin and glow; when he was done, he was transformed to his Champion Form.
"...Golemon!" said Golemon.
"That is so cool!" said Lynn.
"Yeah, but let's see how far that gets you." said Vademon as he points his ray gun at Golemon. "Alien Ray!" Vademon fires a laser out of his weapon that hits Golemon, knocking him back.
"RRGH!" shouts Golemon.
"Lure Vademon away from the school!" said Zach.
"You got it!" said Golemon as he charges at Vademon with his fist reared back. "Powerful Punch!" Golemon punches Vademon who wraps its legs around his fist to keep itself from being sent flying.
"Mutilator!" said Vademon as he releases a light from its hand that shocks Golemon.
"Sulfur Plume!" shouts Golemon as he releases super-heated gases from his mouth that hit Vademon, forcing him back.
"And I thought Lori had the worse gas." said Lynn.
"How dare you!" shouts Vademon. "Evil Kiss!" It blows a kiss, making a small planet appear above them that plummets towards them.
"I can't catch that!" said Lynn.
"We have to get away from here!" said Zach. His artifact suddenly starts to glow brightly.
"Zach!" said Golemon.
"I'm on it!" said Zach as he presses a button on his artifact that was glowing.
"Golemon, Digivolve to..." said Golemon as he starts to spin while a vortex with small meteors in it swirls around him; when it disappears, Golemon was transformed into his Ultimate Form.
"...Meteormon!" said Meteormon.
"Be crushed, humans and Digimon fool!" said Vademon.
"No way!" said Meteormon. "Big Bang Blow!" He throws a punch at Vademon, sending it flying towards the incoming planetoid and crashes into it.
"We have to stop that thing!" said Zach.
"How do we stop something that big?!" asked Lynn.
"Like this; Galactic Flare!" shouts Meteormon as he creates a portal that releases hundreds of purple meteors at Vademon and the planetoid, hitting and destroying both at once.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" shouts Vademon as it and the planetoid are reduced to Digidust.
"Sweet!" said Lynn.
"That was amazing!" said Mr. Gurdle. Meteormon then De-Digivolves back to Motimon.
"Let's get out of here before something else shows up." said Zach. The group get into their van and make their way back to the safe zone.
At the Royal Woods Arena, Titamon was watching his prisoners tremble with fear with a look of satisfaction on his face.
"This world will be mine." said Titamon. "And all who live on it will bow to me!"
With Flip, he sees a pamphlet for the Royal Woods Arena next to his foot and gets an idea; he grabs it and hands it to Nacho.
"Find help, buddy." said Flip. Nacho nods as he quietly makes his way out of the arena and runs from it as fast as he can. A Vilemon sees him running and flies after him. "Run, Nacho!" Another Vilemon glares at him, making him tremble. Nacho continued running while the Vilemon was pursuing him.
"Nightmare Shocker!" shouts the Vilemon as it fires a supersonic wave at Nacho; he dodges it and the attack hits a wall, making a hole that led outside. Nacho jumps through it, but the hole was too small for the Vilemon to get through; it watches as Nacho continues to run; he ran under cars in the parking lot so the Vilemon on the roof of the arena can't see him.
