Clyde and the others watched as his artifact glows brightly; Gaogamon begins to spin.
"Gaogamon, Digivolve to..." said Gaogamon. As he continues to spin, he was surrounded by a blue, glowing cyclone.
When the cyclone disappears, Gaogamon now had a humanoid form with shades over his eyes, a championship belt across his torso, rocket thrusters on his back, and large, cybernetic hands and feet.
"...MachGaogamon!" He then lets out a loud howl. Clyde looks in awe at him while he points his Digivice/artifact at him.
"That's MachGaogamon; Ultimate Level, Cyborg Type, Data Attribute." said Clyde.
"Special Attack; Gaoga Tornado." He then looks back at MachGaogamon. "He...looks...so...COOL!"
"Congratulations, Clyde." said Lincoln.
"I bet I look way cooler than him." said Rusty.
"Please; a kitten with a pink bow on its head looks cooler than you." said Stella. Cerberusmon growls at MachGaogamon.
"It doesn't matter what level you are; I'll still destroy you!" said Cerberusmon.
"I'd like to see you try you obedience school dropout." replied MachGaogamon.
"Poor choice of words; Emerald Blaze!" shouts Cerberusmon as he releases green flames from his mouth. The rocket thrusters on MachGaogamon's back activate and he flies to the side, dodging Cerberusmon's attack; he then flies at Cerberusmon.
"Winning Knuckle!" shouts MachGaogamon as he throws a cybernetic fist with all his might, punching Cerberusmon across the face and sending him flying, but he lands on his feet.
"Portal of Darkness!" shouts Cerberusmon. A black portal was forming below MachGaogamon, but he uses his rocket thrusters to avoid getting pulled in.
"Howling Cannon!" shouts MachGaogamon as he lets out a howl, releasing sonic waves at Cerberusmon; forcing him towards the ground.
"Emerald Blaze!" shouts Cerberusmon as he releases green flames out of his mouth at MachGaogamon, but he turns off his thrusters and he drops to the ground, avoiding the flames. "I will not be beaten by you!"
"You can try to destroy me, but as long as I have someone to protect, I will fight with every ounce of strength I got." said MachGaogamon.
"You tell that mutt, MachGaogamon." said Clyde. Cerberusmon lunges at MachGaogamon and swings one of his paws at him.
"Winning Blow!" shouts MachGaogamon as he swings a cybernetic hand and punches Cerberusmon back; he falls to the ground. Cerberusmon struggles to get back up.
"This...can't...be...happening." muttered Cerberusmon.
"Believe me, it is." said MachGaogamon. Cerberusmon bared his fangs and began to growl; he then turned towards Clyde.
"Let's see how you do when I have a hostage!" said Cerberusmon. He began running towards Clyde.
"I will not let you harm Clyde!" shouts MachGaogamon. "GAOGA TORNADO!" His thrusters activate and he flies with incredible speed at Cerberusmon, surprising him. MachGaogamon begins circling Cerberusmon, unleashing a barrage of punches and kicks with his cybernetic limbs, dealing blow after blow; with a powerful punch, Cerberusmon gets sent flying and crashes into a large rock; he drops to the ground. "Had enough or are you hungry for more?" Cerberusmon slowly gets up and a portal appears behind him.
"I'm out of here; but I'll be back to settle the score, MachGaogamon!" growled Cerberusmon and he jumps through the portal. Once the portal was gone, Clyde walks over to MachGaogamon.
"MachGaogamon, you were AMAZING!" said Clyde.
"That was so cool." said Stella.
"You sent that fleabag packing." said Zach. MachGaogamon begins to glow, and he turns back into Wanyamon.
"I guess Digivolving to Ultimate takes a lot more out of you than it does when you Digivolve to Champion level." said Clyde. "But you're still the best, Wanyamon."
"Thanks, Clyde." replied Wanyamon.
"Now I really want to find my artifact." said Rusty.
Meanwhile back in the dark dimension, Cerberusmon just arrived and the other of Titamon's minions look at him and notices his bruises.
"What happened to you?" asked MetalTyrannomon.
"Did you destroy the humans?" asked Phantomon. Cerberusmon growls before telling them what happened; and it was needless to say that they were all practically speechless.
"You lost?!" asked NeoDevimon.
"How could you run away from a bunch of human children and their weak little Digimon?!" asked MetalTyrannomon.
"I didn't expect that MachGaogamon to show up!" shouts Cerberusmon. "He was too fast and strong!"
"No excuses!" said NeoDevimon.
"For failing to destroy the humans and their Digimon, you have to face the ultimate punishment." said Phantomon.
"Are you going to destroy me?" asked Cerberusmon.
"That will be too merciful." said NeoDevimon as he walks over to a large black chest. "We have a punishment for you that's worse than death." He opens the chest and pulls out three objects that filled Cerberusmon with dread.
"No...not that... ANYTHING BUT THAT!" begged Cerberusmon. A minute later, he was sulking around the dark dimension, with a Cone of Shame around each of his necks.
"Lookin' stylish there, boss!" says a Loogarmon as it and the other ones laughed at him.
"Emerald Blaze!" shouts Cerberusmon as it releases a blast of green fire from its front mouth that consumes the Loogarmon that was dumb enough to mock him, destroying it; the other Loogarmons backed away. "MachGaogamon, you'll pay for this."
Back at Server Desert, Agumon, Lalamon, Elecmon, Gotsumon, and Kudamon were resting after their battle with Cerberusmon. Lincoln was writing on his journal about the battle with Cerberusmon; he also drew Cerberusmon, Loogarmon, and has just finished drawing MachGaogamon; he showed the drawing of MachGaogamon to Clyde who nods in approval.
Clyde looks down at Wanyamon who was resting on his lap and gently rubs him.
"I'm proud of you, Wanyamon." said Clyde. He then looks at his artifact. "I'm glad we found my artifact; I'd hate to think of what the outcome of that battle with Cerberusmon would have been if we hadn't."
"Let's not think about that." said Stella. Rusty sees Lincoln with his journal.
"Hey, Lincoln; are you writing about how cool I am?" asked Rusty.
"Rusty; Lincoln's writing a journal entry, not fiction." replied Stella, making Rusty pout.
Thanks to MachGoagamon, the group have survived their encounter with Cerberusmon.
