"Ah… R-Rigel-sama… G-good morning…"
Evelyn answered as if squeezing out her voice, somehow acting suspiciously and not trying to meet his eyes. Her smile was also somehow strained, as if she had something to feel guilty about.
However, Rigel didn't notice such a slight sense of discomfort at all. He continued talking casually.
"Did you try the massage shop I introduced? It was insanely good, right?"
It was an innocence as if recommending a favorite sweet to a friend.
Evelyn tensed her body for a moment, but eventually nodded as if embarrassed.
"Y-yes… It was a truly wonderful massage. But…"
The expression with which she said that while flushing her cheeks didn't suit the word "wonderful" no matter how one looked at it.
"But? Um, did something happen?"
When Rigel tilted his head slightly, Evelyn closed her mouth even more and looked down.
"N-no… um…"
