Chapter 189 - 189: The Hulk.

As the Hulk plummeted from the sky, fists raised and eyes blazing, Zenkichi stood unmoved beneath him. Calmly, he raised his palm.

His fingers curled into a fist, and a brilliant white aura enveloped it—trembling with raw destructive power.

"Air Shock."

With a single punch, the space before Zenkichi shattered like glass. A tremendous shockwave erupted, rippling outward in a thunderous blast.

The Hulk was sent flying backward, his massive body crashing through trees and rubble like a ragdoll. Even the dense forest surrounding them split apart, a massive path torn clean through by the sheer force of Zenkichi's strike.

With one punch—he shattered everything.

From the shadows, various watching forces were stunned. The display of power pushed their evaluation of Zenkichi to new, alarming heights.

Not only could he manipulate nature to summon forests at will, but now, he showed unparalleled destructive strength.

And so, their interest in him only deepened.

"If he's truly capable of suppressing the Hulk, we can abandon our decades of failed research," one U.S. military general muttered.

The Hulk had always been considered a failure of the Super Soldier Project—an accident born from desperation. Yet, even in failure, they clung to him for lack of a better alternative.

Now, they had seen something… superior.

"HULK!!"

The green giant bellowed, rising from the wreckage. Though battered, he was far from done. As his rage deepened, so did his strength. All reasoning dissolved into fury, and his muscles surged with renewed power.

He lunged again, fists burning with primal rage, aiming straight for Zenkichi.

"Yata no Kagami."

This time, Zenkichi didn't dodge. He didn't resist. He let the blow land—or so it seemed.

The moment Hulk's fist descended, Zenkichi's body broke apart into countless golden light particles and shimmered skyward, reforming high above behind Hulk.

"Yasakani no Magatama."

Golden orbs of light formed in Zenkichi's hands, crackling with chakra. In the blink of an eye, the magatama shot down like divine judgment, pelting Hulk from above.

The searing light pierced Hulk's skin, splattering green blood as he roared in pain.

"Lightspeed Kick."

Once more, Zenkichi's form dissolved into light and instantly reappeared in front of Hulk. His legs, glowing with radiant energy, slammed into Hulk's jaw.

Boom!

The impact echoed like thunder as Hulk was launched across the battlefield. But Zenkichi wasn't finished.

He blitzed forward again, light particles scattering and converging, fists and feet raining down in a relentless barrage.

"RAAAARGH!"

Despite the punishment, Hulk refused to fall. His monstrous resilience held firm. Every blow only seemed to fuel his fury—his defenses growing thicker, his healing faster.

"What a perfect tank," Zenkichi muttered under his breath. "The ultimate meat shield."

But he knew brute force wouldn't bring Hulk down.

"Rinnegan."

His eyes shifted—glowing lavender rings forming in his irises as the legendary power of the Rinnegan shone.

A surge of intense spiritual energy poured from his gaze, directed straight at Hulk.

It wasn't a physical assault—it was a mental one.

The illusion wrapped around Hulk's psyche, bypassing the surface-level rage and reaching deep into the core of his mind. The chaotic personality of the Hulk began to waver.

Inside him lived a fractured soul—two minds at war: the savage Hulk, and the brilliant Dr. Bruce Banner.

Zenkichi's genjutsu didn't seek to harm—it aimed to restore balance.

Hulk's growls weakened. His body trembled.

And then, slowly, the green mass began to shrink. The monstrous muscles faded, skin returning to a normal human tone. The Hulk's transformation reversed… and Banner collapsed to the ground.

"It's over…" Zenkichi whispered.

From hidden vantage points across the globe, stunned observers watched the final moments of the battle.

They had expected a war. A prolonged clash between titans.

They had not expected… this.

Zenkichi had ended it without killing, without bloodshed—through sheer mastery of both body and mind.

"He used psychic abilities… That confirms it. He's no ordinary mutant," said Professor Charles Xavier, watching the footage with astonishment. "Take me to the Cerebro Chamber. I want to contact him—immediately."

As a telepath, Xavier instantly recognized the method Zenkichi used. Not just raw power—but refined, precise psychic control.

Meanwhile, in a command room somewhere in Washington…

"Do we have his identity yet?"

"We're pulling all surveillance feeds now. Give us three minutes."

"Also—retrieve any biological material left on-site. Hulk's blood. Abomination's remains. All of it."

U.S. military officials scrambled to act. Zenkichi's power had changed everything.

"He can manipulate nature, generate shockwaves, turn his body into light, and overpower the Hulk with mental attacks…"

"He's stronger than all SHIELD agents combined. We need him in the Avengers."

A director from SHIELD narrowed his eyes, watching the recording silently.

"His power is global. He should be protecting the planet—not serving politics, so we need to recruit him."

Back at Stark Tower, Tony closed the footage and turned to his workshop.

"Not even the Hulk could take him."

He exhaled deeply, already imagining a suit powerful enough to keep up with Zenkichi.

"Time to upgrade the armor."

_

Having claimed his second major victory, Zenkichi stood in the ruined streets of New York, silent.
