Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Ravenclaw's Password

Looking at the food on the table, Alvin's mouth watered. Although he had eaten plenty of snacks on the train, he was in his growth phase and hungry again.

Moreover, the house-elves at Hogwarts truly had a knack for cooking. The common delicacies of England were full of color and flavor: grilled steak, pork chops, lamb ribs, mashed potatoes, French fries, hot dogs, Yorkshire pudding, pea shoots, Bolognese, and French onion soup.

Alvin took a piece of steak, filled a bowl with meat sauce, and began to eat heartily. Cho smiled brightly as she watched Alvin enjoy his meal.

When she wasn't hungry, she simply helped Alvin by picking up food for him.

Slowly, Cho realized the joy of sharing her meal.

Suddenly, Alvin, who was enjoying the meal Cho shared, noticed a very envious gaze.

Looking up, he saw it was a senior not far away, looking at them with admiration.

Seeing that Alvin had noticed him, the senior didn't feel embarrassed and looked at Alvin with admiration.

"Hello, my name is Roger Davies. I'm a fourth-year student. You're amazing. As soon as you entered the academy, you caught the attention of the most beautiful girl in Ravenclaw. Can you teach me?"

Cho blushed when she heard this but didn't refute it.

Alvin replied jokingly, "If you can be as handsome as me, you can do it. Maybe you'll need to conjure a phoenix with a wand."

Cho blushed even more at Alvin's joke, reached out, and pinched his waist. But remembering the scene that day, she couldn't help but laugh.

Watching the two flirt, Roger Davies couldn't help but feel a pang of envy. He had wanted tips on how to win over girls, but instead, he was witnessing a love story.

...

As everyone finished eating, the leftovers on the table disappeared.

"Alright, before everyone goes to bed, let's sing the school song together!" Dumbledore waved his wand lightly, and golden words appeared in the hall, forming the lyrics of the school song. He then used his wand as a baton.

"Ready~ Sing!"

Following Dumbledore's command, all the teachers and students began to sing their own songs, each to their own melody.

Next to the long Gryffindor table, the twin brothers sang heavily to the tune of a funeral march, causing Alvin's eyebrows to twitch.

After the singing, Dumbledore wiped the tears from the corners of his eyes, gave some reminders, and dismissed the students, allowing the prefects to lead them back to their respective dormitories.

Ravenclaw's male prefect was Dietrich Wiggins, a sixth-year student.

He led everyone out of the dining room, climbed the marble stairs, took a shortcut, and soon arrived at the tower. There, they saw the door to the common room.

An eagle-shaped bronze door knocker was quietly placed on the door. Prefect Dietrich stepped forward and touched the eagle lightly.

Suddenly, the eagle seemed to come alive and asked a question. "To describe an ugly girl as beautiful, what kind of language is most suitable?"

Dietrich did not answer immediately but looked at the freshmen with interest.

"You can try to answer. We Ravenclaws are unique; we have no fixed password. As long as you have wisdom, Ravenclaw welcomes anyone to visit."

"But if you can't answer the question, even if you're a Ravenclaw student, you'll need to wait for someone else to open the door. However, if you answer correctly, you can get a separate dormitory."

Several first-year students discussed, but no one stepped forward to answer.

Alvin was very interested in the independent dormitory. With so many secrets, it was better to have a space of his own where no one would discover them.

Stepping up, Alvin whispered, "A lie."

The word "correct" appeared, and the door slowly opened.

The other young eagles looked at him enviously; they also wanted a separate dormitory. Dietrich smiled and led them to the dormitory, finally arranging for Alvin to have a smaller dormitory.

Entering the room, Alvin looked around, quite satisfied with the environment. There was a double bed in the middle of the room.

On the right was a large desk, and on the left was a closet and a door, behind which was a dressing room.

Following the prefect's instructions, Alvin placed the piece of paper with his name in the drawer in front of the bed. Not long after, his luggage appeared in his room.

Alvin couldn't help but be amazed. This must have been because a house-elf sensed his message and used magic to transport the luggage.

At that moment, the voice of the system suddenly appeared in his mind.

"Ding, it is detected that the host has successfully entered the school, and the daily task section is activated. Completing the daily task can earn 100 gold coins. There is no penalty for failure."

After Alvin heard it, he turned on the system and carefully checked the new function. This was the only function that allowed him to earn gold coins repeatedly now.

Daily tasks, as the name suggests, refresh three tasks every day. Completing any two earns the full reward. Today's tasks were:

[Use Flying Spell 0/10]

[Read Standard Spells Beginner Page 0/30]

[Play with Fury for 0/10 minutes]

Seeing this, Alvin smiled lightly. The daily tasks seemed quite simple now, and there was no task requiring him to fight Voldemort.

After packing up his luggage, Alvin snapped his fingers, and suddenly, the phoenix Fury appeared in the air.

Fury flew to Alvin's side and lightly pecked his hand with her beak, expressing dissatisfaction at not being summoned all day.

"Okay, okay, my fault. I was just afraid you'd scare my roommate." Originally, Alvin didn't plan to summon Fury to Hogwarts immediately.

After all, a sudden bird appearance could startle a roommate. He had planned to call Fury after getting to know his roommate better.

As it turned out, he was fortunate enough to be assigned a single dormitory, alleviating this concern.

After playing with Fury for a while and practicing the Flying Spell ten times, Alvin successfully completed today's tasks. He opened his personal panel.

**Host:** Alvin Gaunt

**Age:** 11 years old

**Birthday:** October 31st

**Status:** Freshman at Hogwarts

**Bloodline:** Witch Spirit (Awakening, increases with strength until fully awakened)

**Magic Scale:** 8.5 (Although no card was drawn, it increases naturally. The protagonist has ancient blood, and the growth rate is relatively fast.)

**Magic Items:** Guardian Necklace (can resist Auror-level attacks three times, professor-level twice, quasi-legendary-level once, cooldown 24 hours), Felix Felicis*1, Inspiration Elixir*3, Instant Blue Potion*3

**Charms Talent:** 5 (Outstanding)

**Defense Against the Dark Arts:** 5 (Outstanding)

**Spells:** Flying Spell, Armor and Body Protection, Disillusionment Charm, etc.

**Black Magic:** 9 (The Demon King Comes to Earth)

**Gold:** 1300

Looking at his own panel, Alvin's magic power had surpassed many adult wizards, and he had mastered numerous spells. Next, he only needed to save enough to guarantee another draw and obtain more character cards to improve his talents. His future seemed limitless.

After appreciating the strength he had worked so hard to achieve (system:?), Alvin took a shower, then lay on the bed and fell into a deep sleep. Tomorrow would be a brand new start.
