In the end they left the scene, leaving Rio behind as he was struggling to maintain the calmness… and of course he did when he just got fucking stabbed, but once again it was a lesson… a lesson from straight Joseph Cassian.
And what was the meaning of it, what was the lesson all about?
Who knows… everybody interprets on their own… but one thing for sure… don't get tangled in the criminal underworld, don't act like a tough guy when you are a little bitch, don't choose a path that you don't know shit about. Don't play in a city where people can wipe out your whole bloodline in a day… or maybe the lesson was that there is always a guy who is more fucked up, there is always a guy that towers over you, there is always a guy who is stronger, colder, and respected… and in this instance it was Joseph himself.
And if Rio were to die, it would become an even more impactful message for the others.
