Though Tiamat's words were awkward and her voice strange, there was no doubt that she was speaking in human language.

"Go back where...?" He already knew the answer.

"To the Imaginary Number Space," Tiamat said, reaching out to stroke Asher's face, like a mother caressing her child, yet also like parting lovers touching their beloved one last time. Learning human language was not difficult for Tiamat; she had simply been in a state of slumber all this time, communicating with Asher in her original language. But in just one day, she had learned to speak human words.

"It's very quiet there. Once I enter, I cannot easily come out. This way, everyone will be at ease," Tiamat said.

"It's a suitable place for a long slumber."

Asher gazed at her blankly. No matter how many hundreds of times he practiced the lines he intended to use to persuade Tiamat, he didn't know how to speak at this moment. She had known she was out of sync with the era since she stepped into Uruk. Perhaps she had already decided to return to the Imaginary Number Space back then.

"Actually, I know," Tiamat continued in her somewhat unpolished language. "Everyone doesn't truly accept me."

"They received orders and were very enthusiastic towards me, but I know they are afraid of me."

"I can clearly feel the negative emotion of fear," Tiamat said. "You are not afraid of me, but you should have also received similar orders."

Asher suddenly didn't know what to say. He thought Tiamat was simply naive and completely ignorant of this world, knowing nothing, understanding nothing. But in fact, she was also understanding the current world in her own way, observing humans, judging from their eyes, tones, and expressions that they feared her.

She even guessed their intentions from the very beginning. And under such circumstances, she still fully cooperated with Asher, spending a smooth day in Uruk.

"But I am very happy," Tiamat opened her arms and hugged Asher. "There are still people who are not afraid of me, and people who treat me genuinely... As long as there is someone who likes me, I won't feel lonely."

The Chaos Tide, at some unknown moment, quietly

surged, lifting Tiamat high into the air, then slowly flew towards the Persian Gulf.

Is this really okay? Asher silently watched Tiamat.

Just watching her return to the lifeless Imaginary Number Space, ending everything, while he would report the final situation to Gilgamesh, achieve his goal, and then return to Britain.

Asher didn't know what he was thinking; it was as if his mind had turned into a complete mess. But he still instinctively reached out to Tiamat.

"Tia"

Boom!

A silent halo of light unfolded high in the sky, and a blade of light, carrying terrifying oppressive force, struck, piercing Asher's heart. Fresh red blood splattered.

Asher staggered a few steps, then fell to his knees.

The second and even third blades of light pierced Asher's body, blood continuously spilling onto the ground. No one had expected such a sudden turn of events, not even Asher. After an instant of sharp pain, his mind went blank. Asher saw Tiamat slowly turn and look at him.

At this moment, it was as if the entire world had fallen silent. Blood splattered on Tiamat's face. Her pupils slowly widened, her expression momentarily stunned.

This child, who had spent a day shopping with her, slept for a long, long time in her dream, and was about to see her off, slowly collapsed, like a slow-motion shot reflected in her eyes. She saw Asher raise his head, seemingly saying something. Golden specks of light diffused from his body, finally disappearing completely from Tiamat's sight. He seemed to be saying "calm down," but Tiamat didn't hear his words.

The halo of light high in the sky silently faded. The Beast with the principle of compassion gazed coldly at the spot where Asher had disappeared, letting out a sneer.

Principle of Regression, complete your mission well. he thought to himself.

Tiamat slowly clutched her head. The next moment, she let out an enraged roar.

"AaaaaaAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

In the Divine Tower, Gilgamesh abruptly opened his eyes.

"King, has something happened?" Siduri asked softly.

"Asher, is dead," Gilgamesh said with a solemn expression.

"What?!" Siduri's eyes widened slightly. "How could this be?!"

The ground was shaking. Siduri held onto a stone pillar, barely steadying herself. Gilgamesh abruptly stood up, "Notify everyone, prepare for battle with Tiamat!"

At this moment, in a room on the other side, Ritsuka's face was filled with anxiety. She asked, "Doctor, what exactly is going on?!"

"Unclear, but undoubtedly, Tiamat has awakened! This level of power demands extreme caution! She might have

broken her self-seal!"

"How could this be... did Senpai fail? But everything was fine all day today..." Ritsuka slumped into a chair, still looking incredulous.

"Trouble, this is trouble!" Merlin's hurried footsteps approached from afar. Mash immediately looked up and asked anxiously, "What happened?"

"King Arthur was likely killed," Merlin said. "Killed by

another Beast."

Merlin had never anticipated that Goetia would personally target a Servant.

Rumble!

The ground vibrated again, and alarms blared everywhere. Merlin looked left and right, scratched his head, and looked up, saying, "Anyway, you all hold her off first! Trust me, I'll be there to help soon!"

"Aren't you already here...?"

"Sigh, I don't know how to explain it," Merlin tapped his forehead. "Anyway, trust me, I'll be there soon."

...

Asher opened his eyes. Without a doubt, as a Servant, he was dead. He had felt the precise pain at the time,

attacked by Goetia, dying before he even had a chance to retaliate.

"Goetia..." He softly spoke the name. He turned to the person beside him; Merlin was sitting on the head of the bed, watching him.

"You died too?" Asher asked.

"No," Merlin shook his head. "My clone won't be of much use anymore. I'm preparing to rush to Uruk now."

"What about Tiamat?" Asher asked.

Merlin was silent for a moment. "Your mission is over, King Arthur."

Asher understood Merlin's meaning, even though he didn't explain anything.

"The awakened Beast can no longer hear your voice... The current Mother Tiamat is purely driven by instinct to seek revenge on this land, so you should rest well here," Merlin said.

"What about you?"

"I told you, I'm a Grand Candidate; this is my duty," Merlin shrugged. "It's not a matter of willingness." He turned to look at Asher, who was sitting up in bed, and smiled, "It's simply out of responsibility."

"What a coincidence, it's out of responsibility for me too." Asher put on his hawk helm and golden armor. These were clothes placed at his bedside, and he knew without thinking that Odin must have had Skadi put them there.

"So I said, your mission is over, Arthur..." Merlin's voice slowly faded, a hint of surprise in his eyes as he looked at Asher.

"The mission to save 'Mother'..." He picked up Excalibur, which was resting beside the bed. In his crimson-gold eyes, an unextinguishable flame seemed to burn. "It's only just begun!"
