Georgia's POV
I didn't expect this kind of craving. Not for him. Not for anyone.
But the truth wrapped around me like a fever; I wanted him. No… I needed him.
Even though he was my first and we'd only done it a handful of times, it didn't matter. My mind, my body… they were starving for him and only him. Whatever innocence I once had, whatever shame clung to me before, it was gone now. Burned away by the way he made me feel.
Nick's lips curved into a wicked smile. "Even if you don't give me an answer… I'll make sure we create a lot of unforgettable memories on this island."
Before I could respond, he stood and lifted me effortlessly into his arms.
He kissed me as he walked, hungry and reckless, and I barely registered the direction he was taking us until I felt the rough texture of bark press against my back. A tree. He pinned me gently against it, then slowly loosened my legs from around his waist, setting me down with anticipation that felt like butterflies in my tummy.
