"Would it be right to conceal from Steward Hindd?" Gerald asked, staring at his feet.
"That senile fool cares too much for honor," Steward Le'tcia scoffed as she skimmed through the procedure of resurrecting the dead.
Back when the war had initially begun, she would have ordered Gerald to execute everyone with the knowledge of defiling the dead and burning the acquired scriptures. Then have them all executed as well to ensure necromancy never dirtied their beautiful country.
After all, back then, all of them cared too much about their appearance and reputation to dance around with such immoral concepts.
However, they had been pushed to the brink of extinction. Things like morals, honor, and ethics had to be discarded for the sake of victory. If it meant shaking hands with evil, so be it.
"With our victory, no one would question the method used to win," Le'tcia smirked. "Have the scholars go through the procedure."
