Derek's wounds had recovered so fast not because of her wood ability. She was sure of it.
Although she could heal people, her proficiency wasn't as good as Isryn yet. She had difficulty controlling her power to stop wasting the vitality from dissipating in the air. Most of her power still went to waste. Using it to grow seeds was much more effective than healing people.
Derek was taken aback. He checked his scabbing wounds. Not long after this, the scab would fall off, and he would be healthy again.
"Zerra," He paused. "I have healing abilities too. I have awakened the wood power."
She touched her head, sighing. How could she almost forget about it?
"But indeed…" He began again, attracting her attention back to him. "I recover because of the healing ability. Just like the power that Isryn has. Although not all wood ability users can heal people."
Huh? She raised her eyebrows. "Not all of them can heal people?"
