Peeko puffed his chest, wings folded with pride.
"See? Nothing happened!" he chirped smugly, brushing imaginary dust off his feathers and strutting like a soldier on parade.
Jimmy still seated on the grass with his back lazily against the bench. Luna, watching from a distance mid-way through her elemental fusion training, sighed with an expression that screamed: here we go again.
But then—
FWOOSH!
Peeko said, "see nothing happens," and started to walk like usual.
Arrogant little steps. Wings behind like a boss.
But suddenly—
His body's colour started to paint from blue to deep blue.
Burning from tail to feathers like a living torch!
Jimmy quickly smacked his head—
"Foolish bird! Now feel the Consequences."
He signed fast, "Peeko, use every attack of yours! Burn the energy! Waste it before it totally erupts."
Jimmy called Luna back from her training, "healing ray on him."
Peeko started to use many attacks on different places.
He made fireballs, flame throwers, then made a fire on the sky and then it started to change vividly into a feather, just like before. It gradually became bigger larger more majestic and totally enveloped the sky by a single feather.
Suddenly more feathers, not in shape like before, started to envelope the sky.
Jimmy thought "his learning power, even better than Luna."
On ground, Luna quickly made all 10 clones, started to attack on them. About feathers, it was like a meteor shower of feathers, each of them carry a silent destruction.
BOOM —threw it straight at the ground.
Another! Another! He's shooting them like a mad cannon!
Luna also called the rain in few seconds. Now it became: - Rain vs Feathers. Rain is making every feathers to vanish but again another came out.
Luna used her all moves; Aqua blast, Water gun Thunder shock, Thunder call, Blizzard on them.
Less than 1 min, it totally subdued. Rain also went away like nothing.
Jimmy shouted with his hands again, calling Luna—
"Come fast! Again healing ray on him. Peeko's again overheating!"
He turned towards his room to grab the energy stabilizer—
but then—
DUMTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!
A sound like thunder!
Jimmy turned mid-step. Luna also suddenly felt something was getting wrong, so she suddenly went backwards. All of them saw, he was glowing.
Peeko was glowing.
Yellow light bursting from his body.
Jimmy clutched his head—
He felt a burning sensation throughout the brain.
A sharp shock inside, just like before Luna's evolution.

It was heating up. Jimmy suddenly went into trance or went inside his brain to check his codex page.
Jimmy saw [Level: Primary Stage – 9th Level (100/200)]+ and it was increasing exponentially +1, +3, +7... jimmy thought 'sudden increase of 3 levels and still it had the power to continue it'

He stared at him silently.
Peeko's body was still glowing—growing—under the sun.
His feathers now fully changed—
Radiant plumes of orange-gold fire, streaked with deep blue veins of mystical energy that rippled with every breath. Around his face, a thick ruff of textured feathers curled like ocean waves, Majestic and wild.
And then—
his tail fanned open —
Glorious. Woven from flame and magic.
Peacock-like feathers, each tipped with glowing eye-shaped fire-rings—
Colors dancing—blue, yellow, crimson.
A walking sunrise.
His wings stretched wide—
Layered fire-feathers with icy azure edges.
Sizzling wind blew back.
Height: 2.1 meters
Wingspan: 3.3 meters
He was evolving into massive things.
but still… his body kept glowing.
Jimmy stepped forward, signing quickly,
"It won't stop until all the crystal energy is burned. Luna helped this dummy. Always give us headache every time."
Suddenly—
Beep. Beep. Beep....
Another sound from outside.
Jimmy paused. Jimmy sensed through his vision... delivery came.
He spun and ran toward the front gate with Bruno.

Outside the gate
A man standing near the gate, coat buttoned, clipboard in hand.
"Sir, is Jimmy your name?"
Jimmy nodded.
He showed his whisp taming badge without speaking.
The man checked the address, checked the name, nodded.
"Yes. Here is your thing, sir."
Jimmy signed the paper after checking the paper and took the parcel with Bruno.
They took them inside.

Jimmy quickly shoved the boxes inside his room—barely checking the labels this time—and dashed out toward the training ground to check him.
But the moment he stepped outside…
He stopped.
A strange pressure was in the air.
There—standing at the edge of the open courtyard—was a majestic, fire-lit silhouette. A big bird, no, not just big—noble. Its form shimmered under the mid-morning sun, casting golden glints across the ground like scattered flames. Jimmy squinted.
It wasn't staring at him.
It was staring behind him.
No… it was staring at the boxes.
Jimmy frowned, turned, then groaned, patting his forehead.
"Glutton," he muttered. "He's already thinking of food."
But just as he was about to walk closer,
whoosh—!
A sudden blur streaked before his eyes. Something fiery slammed into him from the side, and the world tilted—
Thud!
Jimmy hit the ground with a grunt.
When the smoke cleared from his daze, a familiar voice rang inside his mind.
"Dum dum! I am bigger now!"
Peeko.
The oversized flaming fool had tackled him out of pure excitement.
Jimmy groaned mentally, brushing soot from his coat sleeve.
"Hey, hey, you became bigger—I get it! Now get off me! You are not cute anymore."
Peeko chirped sadly, puffing out his chest.
"Dumta!"
And in one fiery leap, he shot upward into the sky—wings blazing like twin solar sails. He spun mid-air and spiralled upward, flying in wide loops like a bird who just discovered what the sky really meant.
Jimmy stood up, shaking ash off his collar.
"Still foolish," he sighed aloud.
He raised a hand and called out mentally,
"Peeko! peeekoooo! Come down. I want to check your power level."
Peeko obeyed with a playful dive, landing beside him with a fwoosh that rattled the leaves. Bruno came running from the storage, dragging a fresh energy tester—new model, polished knobs, custom calibrator plates.
They ran a scan. The machine blinked.
Pulse: Stable. But... Energy Levels: Rising. Fast.
"Everything looks normal," he muttered, checking the codex sync on his lens. "But the energy inside him… it's still growing? No fluctuations."
He glanced at Peeko, who was now hopping in place, flames softly pulsing along his feathers like a slow heartbeat.

The energy wasn't stopping.
It was still growing.
Jimmy narrowed his eyes as he stared at the soft glow running along Peeko's feathers.
Jimmy checked his Codex by going into another trance.
The results made him go completely still.
