Victoria was still unaccustomed to wearing oversized pajamas. She slowly walked out of the bathroom and approached her husband, who was sitting on the edge of the bed. Her cheeks flushed red as she stared at his dwarf-like appearance, making her reluctant to look him in the eye. She immediately looked away and stood far away from him.
"My wife, why are your cheeks red?" Matthias spontaneously walked over to his wife and touched her forehead. "You don't have a fever. Are you cold because the water wasn't warm enough?"
Victoria averted her eyes and felt the wall, trying to escape the awkwardness of facing her husband. "Actually, the water was already quite warm."
"But why are your cheeks still red?" A mischievous smile spread across his handsome face. "Is it because you feel like a dwarf now?"
Victoria pinched her husband's arm with a little force. "I knew you'd make fun of me."
"Instead of you complaining so much, I want to help you dry your hair first."
