Raksheet escorted Ira towards Abel and his family. On their way, Raksheet was reminding and telling all the caution that can keep Ira away and safe from them.
Ira was a bit scared now, after listening to Raksheet's precautions and the serious look on his face. But she don't want to show it to him because if he get to know that his wife is already scared, he will refuse to take her to meet them and think that she is a scaredy cat. Ira kept her smiling and calm expression.
On their way towards Abel, Ashwant saw them. He saw them walking towards their disaster and quickly came towards them to stopped them.
"Where are you going?" He asked with a worried look.
"To meet Bakhshi family." Raksheet replied.
"What?!" Ashwant asked "Why you want to meet them? If you want to greet them, then go alone. No need to bring Ira with you." He shifted his gaze from Raksheet to Ira "Ira, let's go. You don't have to meet them." He was about to take Ira away from there when she suddenly spoke.
"No father, I want to meet them too." Ira's one sentence left Ashwant dumbfounded. He looked at her with wide eyes and confused.
"What? Why?!"
"Father, i know you don't want me to meet them." Ira replied. She then turned her eyes towards Raksheet "Raksheet also didn't wanted me to meet them." She again turned her gaze towards Ashwant "I know we don't have good relation with them and they are our enemy. And you want to protect me from them. But you can't always protect me. What if you can't reach me when I am in trouble? Yes, I can protect myself. I know sword fighting and selfdefense but to protect myself, I should know who is my opponent. Who is my enemy. Let me meet them father. I will keep my distance from them and will not show my presence much so that they will not notice me. Their attention will not be on me."
Ira tried to convince Ashwant by saying that she will not catch their attention but what she don't know is, she is the only one they have their attention on.
Ashwant sighed helplessly, just like Raksheet. He can understand why Raksheet can't turn down Ira's wish of meeting Abel. Her point is valid. How can she protect herself when she don't know who is trying to hurt her?
After thinking for a minute, Ashwant nod in agreement and said "Ok, you can meet them. But I will come with you too."
Raksheet didn't opposed his father. He know the situation very well so it would be better if his father come with them.
"Ok, let's go." Raksheet held Ira's hand tightly and pulled her close. He looked in her eyes with serious look and spoke "Remember what I told you. They are not as good as they show they are. Stay away from them. And if they approach you when you are alone, don't talk to them and slip away as soon as possible. I, father or any other family member should be with you when you meet them. And if they try to force you, take out that dragger I gave you. Ok?"
Ira nod as she understood everything.
Raksheet smiled slightly and took a deep breath before walking towards Abel while holding Ira's hand tightly.
Abel and Pavan were busy discussing about their plan in a low voice, carefully. Pavan took a sip from his glass and looked arround carefully to see if anyone is watching them when they are discussing such a confidential matter which is against the people in whose house they are standing. Someone caught his attention.
A girl in red velvet dress was looking at him with her blue ocean eyes, taking a sip from her glass.
Pavan raised his eyebrows in wonder that how this girl got such a confidence and courage to seduce him. Doesn't she know she is messing with a tornado that can ruin her from both inside and outside.
Well, Pavan don't care about it. He just wanted a time pass in this boring event. And this is the best thing that can entertain him. Taking the advantage of that girl, he winked at her.
Getting a response from such a handsome prince, Veera's heart raced inside her chest. Her cheeks flushed red and she smiled shyly.
Abel saw his son flirting with the daughter of one of his enemy but he didn't interrupted. He don't care whether Pavan flirt with her or take her advantage in any way. What he truly care about is his revenge and if his son can help him take the cruelest revenge that can satisfy his years hunger, he don't mind letting him do that.
But Dhishva can't ignore the scene infront of him. As soon as he saw his beloved daughter looking at his biggest enemy's son, his blood boiled. He went towards Veera with fast steps and grabbed her hand.
Veera gasped when someone suddenly grabbed her hand tightly. She looked at the person beside her and saw her father glaring at her with clenched jaw.
"Father.."
"Shut up!" He said in low scolding voice. He looked arround to see if anyone watching them. Luckily everyone was busy with themselves except for that spoiled prince Pavan. He was still staring at them with a smirk and judging look.
Dhishva gave a death glare to Pavan and unknowingly his grip tightened on Veera's hand.
She hissed in pain and tried to free her hand from Dhishva's grip "Father, you are hurting me."
Dhishva shifted his gaze from Pavan to Veera. She looked up at her father with a painful expression. But he wasn't bothered by it. He don't care if she is in pain right now because he don't want her to bear the deadly pain for rest of her life that Pavan would give her.
He dragged Veera away from Pavan's sight and asked her in cold tone.
"What were you doing?"
Veera rubbed her painful wrist after getting free from her father's grip.
"What? I wasn't doing anything." She replied confidently.
Dhishva clenched his jaw in anger that his daughter still dared to lie even if he saw everything with his own eyes. He know how stubborn his daughter is. She will never admit her mistake. So instead of arguing with her, he chooses to warn her.
"Remember one thing, stay away from him. He is not a good person. He will just play with you and abandon you when he is done. You better stay away or else I can't help you later." Dhishva said it all with a serious look and concern. But Veera think that her father is just blabbering nonsense.
Because she don't want to anger her father anymore, she nod as yes "Ok, I will stay away from him."
Dhishva breathed in relief that his daughter understood his concern and agreed to stay away from Pavan. He patted Veera's head and said "Good. You know i love you so much that I can't let anyone harm you. You are so precious for me, unlike that Ira whose existence doesn't matter."
"I know." Veera replied 'Of course I am more special than that ignorant girl.' she thought while rolling her eyes in annoyance that how can her father compare her with Ira.
Pavan chuckled and shook his head after seeing how Dhishva dragged Veera away to avoid his presence. He took a sip from his glass and looked infront of him. He saw Raksheet and Ira walking towards them and Raksheet was looking like he is instructing Ira about something.
Pavan quickly informed Abel about Ira coming towards them. "Father, they are coming."
Abel carefully glanced at Ira and Raksheet and again turned his gaze on his son. "Act normal."
Pavan nod and looked away as if he didn't even saw them.
When they reached Abel, Raksheet quickly wrapped his arm around Ira's shoulder. Ira can sense the feeling of protection in Raksheet's grip.
"Greetings your majesty." Raksheet said to Abel who was busy talking with his son.
Abel's gaze shifted from Pavan to Raksheet. A slight smirk appeared on his lips when he saw Raksheet. "Greetings-" Abel's eyes lit up and the smirk on his lips grew wider after seeing Ira.
"Greetings....greetings your majesty." He said while his eyes darted on Ira.
Sensing the mischief in Abel's eyes, Raksheet tightened his grip around Ira's shoulder and pulled her even more close. Ira felt the pain but she didn't said anything. She can feel the situation is complicated and it would be better if she don't speak much.
