Chapter 136 - Hades Alone VS Goddess Sasha

Aiacos roared as he drew his bowstring, surpassing the limits of his own power. The brilliance bursting from his soul transformed into new strength. The winged ship that had been cruising the skies instantly disintegrated, blossoming behind him in the form of immense wings.

At this moment, Aiacos truly resembled the divine bird of myth that soared through the heavens, Garuda. This was the arrow of the true, ultimate Galactic Demon Eye's Cremation, a light forged to slay Pegasus, which must be fueled by the soul itself!

Even the little demons in the waterfall of blood were captivated by this light, clenching their fists and shouting from the bottom of their hearts, "Go for it, big brother with the ship!"

To his left and right, the ethereal forms of Violate of the Sky Solitary Star and Grell of the Sky Retreat Star appeared. The two exchanged a look, then merged into a single pitch-black eye, gazing at the god-slaying Pegasus before them.

"Comprehend the mercy of Lord Hades, Pegasus!"

Faced with this twilight-colored demonic aura, Seiya, after his initial shock, revealed a look of genuine joy and emotion.

To feel moved by an opponent who intended to kill him with all their might—what a foolish notion, right? But for a Saint, this was the most common thing in the world. To respect your opponent is to respect yourself. Never before had an enemy warrior so sincerely burned their own life, all for the will to defeat him.

Very well, Aiacos! I'm going all out now, too!

On Pegasus's face was the joy that a warrior would inevitably show. Because the Specter before him was burning his soul to display his resolve, how could he, as his opponent, not treat this with the utmost seriousness?

Absolute shock filled all who witnessed it. What was unleashed after burning his Cosmo to its last embers was a power that transcended his own will. Blood could be seen seeping from Aiacos's eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, and an expression of agony surfaced on his face. But more than this, the light in his hands commanded the attention of all between heaven and earth.

Three terrifying demonic eyes materialized before them, their dreadful aspect making the previous Galactic Demon Eye's Cremation seem like child's play. This was the technique to slay Pegasus, acquired at the cost of his soul—

In other words, this was the power of self-sacrifice, a true, one-hit kill that completely disregarded his own life and safety.

Lightning coiled around Seiya like countless snakes. Seiya, who had undoubtedly already been fighting with all his might, summoned even greater power to confront Aiacos—

"Life is but a fleeting moment. Now, the galaxy becomes a purgatory," Aiacos declared.

The true Galactic Demon Eye's Cremation, a strike that burned the soul to cinders,

"This is the end—!" Seiya had pushed his Orion Cloth to its absolute limit.

The ultimate and strongest fighting technique of a Specter now shone with resplendent brilliance—!!!

Two immense energies collided, whipping up a frenzied storm in space. The range of this impact was so vast that it continuously expanded outward from the battlefield of the "First Ditch," to the point that the entire Underworld could feel the shockwave.

At this moment, no matter which level they were fighting on, every warrior knew clearly that the conflict between these two fighters had reached its zenith.

"Aiacos's Cosmo has vanished..." In the Second Prison, Radamanthys showed a rare expression of sorrow. "Am I the only one of the Three Judges left now?"

After that soul-burning strike, regardless of victory or defeat, Aiacos's life would come to an end. And this Galactic Demon Eye's Cremation, which surpassed all limits—a legendary fighting technique said to be capable of burying the galaxy—finally tore through the corona before it, delivering Aiacos's will right to Seiya.

"Did I win...?" Aiacos's eyes stared fixedly in the direction of the light, but he could no longer see.

From his physical sight to his very spirit, everything had been completely burned away. But even if he could see, he would only feel regret, for Seiya's figure still remained within the light. The Orion Cloth was completely shattered, and even his solar flares could not fully defend against the attack. Yet, despite the wounds he had sustained, Seiya's gaze was filled with praise.

"You can be proud, King of the Skies."

Aiacos could no longer hear Seiya's praise. His body turned to ash, scattering across the sky where he once soared. Only that pair of wings drifted slowly down, finally landing in the arms of a dark figure.

"Aiacos, you did well," the black-winged warrior, Kagaho of the Sky Violence Star, gently gathered the wings into his arms. "Now, it's my turn!"

In the Sanctuary, Sasha, seated upon her throne and holding a golden scepter, suddenly opened her eyes.

Purple lightning shattered the barrier, once again bringing a pitch-black tide of darkness to the Sanctuary that had known two hundred years of peace.

Without a moment's pause, the figure that had descended with the purple lightning passed through the Twelve Houses and appeared before Sasha on her throne.

In that instant, time seemed to stand still. Only the pitch-black Underworld aura and the goddess's faint light flowed against each other. And a stranger's black hair danced in the wind. He was so slender, so graceful, wearing the familiar gold-trimmed papal robes. Standing before the massive marble columns, his light figure looked as if it might drift away with the wind.

Behind him, a black Darkness Stream engulfed the Sanctuary like a tide.

"Brother...!" Sasha looked at the man with flowing black hair before her and still called out this title.

The man slowly raised his head. The cold indifference on his face was thawed by her call, revealing a beautiful smile not of the mortal world. Deep within his eyes, a purple pentagram seemed to be spinning.

Alone, or rather, Hades Alone.

The siblings of this era met again as if by promise, but the past was long gone.

The bone-chilling cold made Sasha instantly realize this was no sibling reunion. At the first sight of Alone, all the guarding Saints subconsciously moved to shield her. Alone stood there, beautiful as an ink wash painting, yet his eyes radiated pure killing intent.

He did not even make a move, yet the Cosmo belonging to a god had already forced all the Saints to their knees, unable to stand. Behind him, the Sleep God and Pandora stood to his left and right.

For the Specters, this was their darkest hour; for the Sanctuary, the same was true.

"It's been over two hundred years, Athena." This was Alone's first sentence, a negation of their past as siblings. "I am no longer your brother." Let this feud, which has persisted since the age of myth, be settled for good today!

The Sleep God Hypnos sneered and swept his sleeve. The authority of the Twin Gods, a will even grander than that of his brother, the Death God Thanatos, enveloped the real space.

The borders of the once-azure sky were now tinged with the colors of a pitch-black, starry night. The Sanctuary, which had always brought the Saints a sense of immense comfort, was instantly transformed into a demonic, otherworldly landscape.
