We went to the same cafe
My head hurts.
We sat down.
Same waiter.
"coffee for two?"

I excused myself to the bathroom.
The sound of an open tap, water flowing out steadily, the smell of phenol, the very dimly lit lights. I washed my face.
A ringing in my ears again, it hurts. I look to the side of my mirror.
Teeth
A wicked grin.
I pretended not to notice it. I wonder if my expression gives it away, can it see me?
I started washing my hands to distract myself.
From the corner of my eye I saw it shift.
I closed my eyes.
I felt that something was moving, being dragged across the floor with a slimy disgusting sound.
I felt a chill at my right.
The sound of water stopped, I darn't look down.
I instictively froze.
My breath became heavier by the second and my hands slightly trembled.
It made its way towads me. Slowly, like it knew I wouldn't run. Making low growls and dragging itself disgustingly through the bathroom floor.
I could see it better now. A humanoid figure with arms dripping with some substance and long enough to hit the floor. It had four spider legs and can't wipe that darn smile.

The door opened, the creature jumped to the mirror on my right and dissapeared inside.
I fell on my knees
The man who entered expressed their concern, I smiled it off.
I went back to Riven who was nowhere to be seen along with his coffee cup
I wandered alone in the streets of my country and reached my small apartment in a coloney. My door creaked to welcome me and the lights clicked to say hello.
I sat inside the heated table.
It felt cold in summer.
I lifted my bottle to drink water but instead I was met with a note.
I dont want to open it but I must. I open the note to find two words:

Mother.
No matter how you look at it, how do you suppose I'll find an extraterrestrial creature?
I dont even know how many years I have left to live.
