Eden slowly opened his eyes as he felt hot tears lingering at the corners of his eyes. He didn't know if he was crying while sleeping or in his dreams, but that didn't seem to matter.
Eden stared up at the blurry ceiling that slowly cleared up. He could see the familiar ceiling pattern, one he recalled spending a decent amount of time staring at.
It was the ceiling of his room in Elvis's mansion. Eden smiled. He was back to a place he recalled starting off at. Somewhere that felt familiar enough to feel like home.
He slowly smiled as he sat up. Lenny was beside him.
"You're finally awake!" Lenny lit up with a smile as he came to sit close beside him in his cat form.
Eden sat up in bed, turning to him with a nod. "Yes, I am." He yawned as he looked around. "What happened...? How long have I been sleeping?"
"You've been asleep for over a week now!" Lenny said as Eden stared at him, shocked.
"Huh? A week?"
