Chapter 126 - 《Naruto: Deidara's Struggle》Chapter 61: A Moment of Glory

Suspended mid-air, the Deva Path coldly surveyed the Raikage, Killer Bee, and Yugito Nii.

"Do you really think you can slay a god?"

"And you dare to call yourself a god?"

Nagato's response was met with yet another Tailed Beast Ball from Yugito. This one was the size of a house, and as it advanced, it carved a massive trench into the earth, uprooting trees and scattering rocks in its wake.

However, the Deva Path merely extended its left hand. The Tailed Beast Ball halted mid-air, unable to advance further, and was then repelled at an even faster speed. Yugito barely managed to dodge as the ball collided with a nearby mountain, splitting it in half with a deafening explosion.

"Yugito, leave these probing attacks to that fool Gyūki next time. My chakra can't handle this kind of waste," the mature voice of Matatabi, the Two-Tails, echoed in Yugito's mind.

"Sorry, Matatabi. I'll be more careful," Yugito replied awkwardly.

"Matatabi, you're too weak."

"Let me handle this!" Gyūki's voice came through. The Tailed Beasts had a shared mental space, though they couldn't enter it while sealed. Only perfect Jinchūriki like Yugito and Killer Bee could communicate with their Tailed Beasts without breaking the seal.

Taking advantage of the cooldown period for Almighty Push, Gyūki launched an attack. Several massive octopus tentacles slammed down toward the Deva Path with overwhelming force, as if to crush everything in their path.

The powerful gusts stirred up by the tentacles made the Deva Path's Akatsuki cloak billow wildly. Yet, the Deva Path remained unmoved, simply extending its right hand again.

The repulsive force reappeared, freezing Gyūki's tentacles mid-motion. In an instant, the tentacles were flung backward, causing Gyūki himself to flip over.

"Gyūki, you're not much stronger either."

"And to think the old man gave you so much chakra back then."

"Arrogant Gyūki, getting smacked around! Oh yeah!"

"Shut up!"

"Cough! Cough! Everyone, be careful. The enemy's cooldown time is shorter, and their power is even stronger," Gyūki changed the subject.

"I don't need you to tell me that," Yugito retorted.

"Let's try attacking continuously," Matatabi suggested.

"Alright, watch me!" Gyūki roared, beginning to form a gigantic Tailed Beast Ball. Its size and density far surpassed that of Matatabi's earlier attack.

"You are destined to kneel before the feet of a god!"

Nagato extended both hands outward, clearly preparing to unleash an extraordinary technique.

"Feel the pain!"

"Super Almighty Push!"

A massive wave of repulsive force erupted from Nagato, spreading outward in a spherical shape. Everything within its reach—trees, rocks, even the ground itself—was mercilessly obliterated.

This devastating attack engulfed Yugito, Killer Bee, and the Fourth Raikage.

Nagato had long seen through their strategy: they sought to test the cooldown time of Almighty Push. But with the Raikage's speed, even a one-second cooldown would be dangerous.

Yet, the power of a god was beyond their comprehension.

If avoiding the cooldown period was impossible, then Nagato would simply crush all his enemies in one decisive blow.

"Haha... Such a flashy attack, and yet I'm the one defeated. How embarrassing. I'm such a fool," Killer Bee weakly rapped in his Tailed Beast form.

"Killer Bee, pull yourself together! The enemy won't give you time to recover!" Gyūki shouted urgently from within.

Meanwhile, Yugito, still in her Tailed Beast form, struggled to her feet. Her eyes widened in fear as she stared at the massive crater before her—its size rivaled that of the entire Cloud Village.

"This is insane!"

"Is this the power of the Sage of Six Paths' Rinnegan?"

Although the Nine Tailed Beasts were created by the Sage of Six Paths, they had never witnessed his full power. By the time they came into existence, the Sage had already vanquished his enemies, leaving no opportunity to display his might.

On the other side, the Raikage emerged from the rubble using Earth Release. Thanks to the Tailed Beast-level defense of his Lightning Release Chakra Mode, he had suffered minimal injuries.

However, his expression darkened as he surveyed the severely reduced ranks of the Cloud Village forces.

In truth, the Cloud shinobi had retreated to a safe distance once the battle with the Tailed Beasts began. They never expected the enemy's attack range to be so vast.

They had come to watch the spectacle, only to find themselves wiped out.

"Is that all you've got?" Nagato said, his tone bored as he looked at the battered trio.

In the past, he might have struggled against these three. But now, things were different. Even a technique as devastating as Super Almighty Push only left him slightly fatigued, with no lasting damage to his body.

"If that's the case, I'll end this boring battle with one final move."

"Hey! No way!"

"Run! Killer Bee! Run, Matatabi! Everyone, run!" Gyūki shouted frantically.

"This brat can even use that technique? I don't want to end up as a moon hanging in the sky!"

Matatabi, having taken control of Yugito's body, had already started sprinting away.

A small black chakra sphere slowly rose into the air. It seemed inconspicuous, but both the Two-Tails and Eight-Tails could sense the stench of death emanating from it.

Buzz!

With a faint hum, the black sphere blocked out the sun. In that moment, an incomparably powerful gravitational force erupted, pulling everything within a vast radius—trees, rocks, even the very ground—into the air. The earth fractured into massive boulders, all drawn toward the black sphere.

"I can't break free!" Gyūki, now airborne, felt utterly powerless.

"Try using a Tailed Beast Ball!"

Gyūki fired three Tailed Beast Balls at the growing Planetary Devastation, while Matatabi added another.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions rippled across the surface of the Planetary Devastation, but it was futile. Even as the debris was shattered into fragments or reduced to dust, the gravitational force pulled it back, reassembling it into the growing sphere.

"You're far from capable of breaking my Planetary Devastation," Nagato declared, his hands clasped together in a seal. The Two-Tails, Eight-Tails, and Fourth Raikage were all sealed within the massive structure.

But just as Nagato was about to complete the final step, the Deva Path suddenly froze. The massive Planetary Devastation began to crumble, and the powerful Killer Bee and Fourth Raikage were the first to break free.

"Damn it!"

"Die! Lightning Lariat!"

Lightning chakra surged around the Raikage as he launched himself at the Deva Path with blinding speed, his figure a streak of electricity.

In the Hidden Rain Village, Deidara's expression turned serious as he watched Kurotsuchi's antics.

"Konan's distress signal? How could that be?"

Despite his shock, Deidara wasted no time. He burst through the door, ready to act.

"Kisame, did you receive Konan's distress signal too?" he asked as he ran into Kisame.

"Yeah," came the curt reply—not from Kisame, but from Itachi, who had appeared out of nowhere.

On the frontlines between Konoha and the Cloud Village, Kakuzu suddenly froze mid-battle.

"Hidan, it seems we have another task to attend to."

Hidan, halting his Jashin ritual, slung his scythe over his shoulder with a look of annoyance. "Always causing trouble, aren't they?"

"Hey! Where do you think you're going? The Cloud Village forces are about to attack!" a Konoha jonin shouted.

"That's none of my concern," Kakuzu replied indifferently.

In the Hidden Sound Village, a large tree suddenly burst from the ground. A figure clad in a black cloak with red clouds crouched atop it, gazing into the distance.

"Perfect. My eternal art deserves an entrance like this!"
