Nani had stumbled back home.
"Welcome home Nani,"Alina Said while sitting on the couch in the living room.
"Hi Alina," Nani said without energy.
You're late," Alina said, looking at her.
"Sorry about that, sis," she said with an apologetic smile.
Alina noticed that Nani sounded a bit low, not as cheerful as usual. Her energy felt off.
"Are you okay? You look a bit worn out," she asked with concern.
"Did someone bother you? Just tell me—I'll make sure they regret it.
"Yeah, I'm okay and nobody bothered me," my friend took me to the beach today. We walked around, had some fun… that's why I'm just a little tired now."
"Ohh, I see. Then get some rest," Alina said with a warm smile.
As they talked, Alina's eyes fell on Nani's hair.
"Wait… your hair's still wet!" she said, raising an eyebrow with curiosity.
" did you already shower?"
