Ethan used teleportation but couldn't get out of this place. It was as if he were trapped inside a space where even the very fabric of reality was locked.
He continued expanding his mental domain. When it reached six times the area of Earth, he sensed a monster at the planetary realm.
Did I just fall from the sky and land on some kind of monster world or something?
Five minutes later, he detected more planetary-level monsters. They all seemed to be gathered on one side, which made Ethan guess that must be the deeper region of this forest. So, he started flying in the opposite direction. He wanted to understand where he had ended up. Was this a planet or something else?
If it was a planet, he figured he could just fly upward and eventually reach space. But he didn't risk it, as there was a chance there could be powerful flying monsters lurking in the sky.
