Chapter 303: I Don't Mind Sending You On Your Way!
Boom!
The flaming spears tore through the air, ripping space apart as they left behind two brilliant trails of fire—piercing straight through the two Black Dragon Pirate leaders, whose eyes were wide with terror!
"Ahhh!"
At nearly the same moment, both let out shrill, agonized screams.
Bang!
The two of them suddenly swelled before violently exploding into a storm of blood mist, scattering into the wind.
Seeing this, the hearts of the Gu Clan members jumped in shock.
Even though they had already witnessed Lin Fan's overwhelming strength, watching him once again obliterate two peak Nine Yuan Nirvana Stage experts in a single move still left them reeling.
Even the three spirit beasts halted instinctively mid-charge.
The trio of enormous beasts let out low, savage growls. Their crimson eyes flickered with a mix of ferocity and caution. From Lin Fan, they could sense a dangerous aura.
These beasts already possessed decent intelligence. If their bloodlines were just a little purer, they might even be able to take on human form.
Their blood-red eyes locked onto Lin Fan, and in the next moment, a flash of murderous light crossed their gazes. With thunderous steps, the three beasts transformed into scarlet streaks, launching a coordinated attack at Lin Fan in a precise triangular formation.
They clearly understood how to fight as a team, maximizing their combined power.
Sensing their formidable auras, Gu Yan and the Gu Clan members all turned solemn.
Even Lin Dong's expression grew serious upon seeing how seamlessly the three beasts worked together.
But Lin Fan—their target—remained completely calm and unflustered.
Crimson light surged in front of him as his right hand curled slightly, reaching forward in a casual grasp.
In that instant, a massive red claw imprint appeared in the sky!
Whoosh!
Three distinct-colored flames roared to life on the crimson claw mark, burning furiously!
The air distorted from the heat, and waves of steam rose around them.
"Vermillion Bird Claw!"
Riiip!
As the crimson claw mark swept forward, the very air seemed to scream. The space around it tore audibly like paper.
In just a breath, the giant claw shredded through the three spirit beasts!
Squelch!
A sickening sound echoed like a blade slicing into flesh. The three massive spirit beasts were instantly torn into pieces by the crimson claw mark.
They didn't even have time to scream before they were killed on the spot—their bodies reduced to mangled chunks.
The Gu Clan members stared in stunned silence, their eyes filled with awe as they looked at Lin Fan. Even Gu Yan was no exception.
Those had been three half-step Life Xuan Stage spirit beasts—any one of them could have caused the entire group serious trouble. Yet Lin Fan had shredded all three in a single move. It was terrifying!
"Let's move on," Lin Fan said lightly, as if he hadn't just caused a shockwave that rattled the entire group.
With that, his figure flickered and disappeared into the forest ahead.
Lin Dong and Gu Yan quickly followed.
Whoosh!
Over a dozen figures leapt off tree branches, using them as footholds to propel themselves forward. They burst through the dense forest and emerged into dazzling sunlight that made their eyes squint for a moment before they quickly adjusted.
Before them lay a lush, vibrant scene—and in the distance, a massive lake.
The lake stretched nearly a thousand meters across, its surface glittering under the sunlight. A gentle breeze stirred slight ripples across its otherwise calm waters.
As Lin Fan and his group arrived near the lake, they heard the sound of wind as more figures emerged from the forest, landing in various spots around them.
"This is the deepest part of Xuanling Mountain…" Gu Yan murmured, her beautiful eyes fixed on the serene lake, a flicker of excitement surfacing deep within her gaze.
Lin Fan gave a small nod and allowed his gaze to linger on the lake for a moment before sweeping across the surroundings.
Many of the powerful forces and individuals they'd encountered at the mountain base had made it here as well—though some bore bloodstains from previous battles.
Just then, a group of seven or eight people began walking toward them.
Their auras closely resembled those of the two Black Dragon Pirate leaders Lin Fan had slain earlier.
"They're with the Black Dragon Pirates," Gu Yan said quietly to Lin Fan, her expression turning wary.
Lin Fan gave a slight nod to show he understood.
The other nearby factions around the lake watched with amused expressions as the Black Dragon Pirates approached the Gu Clan.
Everyone here was a competitor. If the Gu Clan and the Black Dragon Pirates started fighting early, that would only benefit the rest.
"Miss Gu Yan, our two brothers went in your direction earlier. Why are all of you here while they're nowhere to be seen?" the leading Black Dragon Pirate questioned Gu Yan coldly.
"If your people are missing, what does that have to do with me?" Gu Yan replied calmly.
"Did the Gu Clan trick and kill them?" another pirate growled with a frosty glare.
"You're really eager to see your two brothers again?" Lin Fan interjected with a smile—one that sent a chill down spines.
The Black Dragon Pirate leader narrowed his eyes. "You know where they are?"
"I do," Lin Fan nodded casually. "They lured spirit beasts toward us, so I killed them. Since you're so eager to see them, I don't mind sending you on your way too."
"Bastard!"
"You're courting death!"
"Arrogant fool!"
"…"
The Black Dragon Pirates all erupted with fury, their expressions dark and murderous.
Lin Fan hadn't bothered to lower his voice, and the nearby experts—Mo Zhan the one-armed man, Han Tao from the Haiyun Sect, and others—looked over with curious expressions.
"Are you serious?" the leading pirate asked coldly, his face darkening.
Lin Fan didn't answer. He simply took out two Qiankun Bags and held them in his palm for all to see.
"You're dead, kid!" one of the pirates roared.
Seeing the two storage bags, the Black Dragon Pirates' eyes burned with rage, and killing intent surged from them.
Without hesitation, their Yuan Power exploded outward, forming a violent storm of energy.
"Kill him!"
The leader gave a sharp cry and lunged at Lin Fan with a punch, while the others launched their own attacks.
In an instant, seven or eight savage windstorms rushed toward Lin Fan from all directions!
"Desolate Heaven Imprisoning Hand!"
Lin Fan remained calm as he stretched out his hand. Behind him, space itself began to collapse, and a desolate aura spread through the air.
A colossal hand—nearly a thousand meters wide—burst through the void, enveloping all the Black Dragon Pirates at once!
RUMBLE!
A deafening explosion shook the land. The earth cracked open in all directions, and terrifying fissures tore through the ground!
