While two extremely powerful grand knights and several high level magus apprentices had managed to take care of the puppets and bring the situation under control, the protector of the ship and the rank 2 magus Allain found himself in grave danger.
He was currently surrounded by four individuals and all of them were wearing presence isolating robes and identity obscuring masks. And all of them were also decently experienced rank 1 magi.
For a normal rank 2 powerhouse, four rank 1 enemies were not a big deal. They could handle them very easily. But unfortunately, that was actually not the case for Allian.
Firstly, he had reached the rank of 2 very recently and was still a bit unstable. So among the rank 2 powerhouses, his powers were at the very bottom.
And so far, Allain had learnt only a single rank 2 spell, which was the lowest possible number of rank 2 spells that a rank 2 magus could have.
