Adam frowned for a moment before saying, "I'm fine with that, but I don't know how Merinmians have intercourse in their true form. Do you even have the same equipment as you have now?"

"Yes, we do, it is only my legs that change into a tail and vice versa on my lower body."

"Well, I want to take the opportunity to experience it in my true form while we are still here in the Oasis Galaxy, once we leave, I wont be able to until we return again in the future," Lorelie explained.
"I understand, but don't feel like you have to rush just so that we can do it before we leave the Oasis Galaxy. Nothing is stopping us from coming back here anytime we feel like it."

"No fear of that," Lorelie replied as she wrapped her arms around his neck and, for the first time, took the initiative to kiss him.
They kissed for a few minutes before Lorelie said, "We should head back. It will be getting dark soon, and you need to have your meeting with Jacques and Lady Erkath tomorrow."
"Good point," Adam replied as they both stood and walked hand in hand towards The Meteor, which had been parked a short distance away.
"Do you seriously plan to offer Lady Erkath the concept for women's clothing from Earth?" Lorelie asked.
"If she agrees to my conditions, why?"
"You know you could make a lot of credits if you produced them yourself?"
"I know, but as I've said before, I have no interest in starting a business; what I want is to explore the universe with you and Stacey while helping you both with your goals. Plus, I will make more than enough credits from the deal with Lady Erkath if they sell well."
"So you plan to ask for a percentage of the sales?"
"That's one of the conditions, yes."
"What are the others?"
"That's a secret. It's the present I promised Rowena, and I don't want to risk ruining the surprise."
"You don't trust me to keep a secret?" Lorelie pouted.
"Of course I trust you, I just don't know if you're any good at keeping secrets," Adam replied as he reassuringly squeezed her hand.
"Fine." Lorelie pouted before adding, "But so that you know, I can keep secrets."
"I'm sure you can."
"So what do you want to do about this, Admiral Dexter?"
"While I would like to go deal with him myself, right now being your bodyguard is my first priority, so I will let the Terrans handle it."
"We can always take a quick trip back to Sandanar Galaxy?"
"No need, we are already here, and you need to focus on your upcoming shows. You can't disappoint your fans."
"You sacrificing your revenge for my well-being?" Lorelie asked with slight sadness.
"Don't look so sad, it's not like you're getting in the way of my revenge. This is my decision, plus I get the feeling that there will be plenty of chances for revenge against plenty of different people in the future."
"Isn't that what the viewers from Earth called raising a flag?"
"I guess it is."
"Do you want me to let Becky know?"
"Please, also ask her to pass on my gratitude to the imperial family for giving me the choice."
"Ok," Lorelie said as she sent Becky a quick message on her uniband before they both climbed onto The Meteor and set off back to Lorelie's little island.

"So he turned down the offer," Victoria said as she once again appeared on a holographic screen in Tessa and Becky's cabin.
"That's right, though he does send his thanks for informing him of this and giving him the chance to get revenge," Becky replied.
"Well, that's something at least. It appears your plan to repair our damaged relationship with him worked." Victoria said proudly.
"Yes," Tessa said happily.
"I will contact grandfather and tell him to send some people after Admiral Dexter then," Victoria said before ending the holocall.

"Ichiro, what the fuck do you want?" Sakura responded with annoyance.
"Is that any way to greet someone who is here to give you important information?"
"Important information? More like you want to try and trick me into doing a job. I told the family that I am too busy for that right now."
"You are not seriously still considering the black hiest, are you?"
"So what if I am?"
"No one has ever managed to pull that off, not even your mother, and you think you can? You're not even a rank one yet, Sakura."
