Once the institute was being repaired from the damage that Magneto inflicted as I was on picnic with Emma.
But then I heard something coming to the institute as I saw a giant humanoid figure as it landed in the backyard, a Sentinel.
Sentinel: Mutant signature verified.
He holds his hand out.
Sentinel: Destroy all Mutants.
Kara: Yeah yeah.
I blasted the Sentinel in the face that takes off his head as I levitated cause more were coming I threw the head at the incoming Sentinels.
I created energy spears to send to the Sentinels destroying all of them.
Emma: Still quite impressive my love.
Kara: Yes but there must be a reason why the Sentinels are active.
Charles: 'I have discovered why, everyone meet me in my office.'
We got up to pack up the picnic to head inside as we are all here.
Kara: Charles, what's going on?
Charles: Turn on the news.
We faced the tv as I telekinetically turned the tv on as we see a news report as mutant hate rallies were attacked by Magneto and the brotherhood as well as the MRD bases.
Kara: Damn it Erik, now we have to protect the innocence from getting in the middle.
