Ose laughed loudly and clapped after Matthew disappeared in front of him.
"Great move." The demon said turning around and throwing an ice shard at the floor.
When the ice shard hit a shadow, Matthew jumped out of it in pain. In his normal form, the ice shard got embedded on Matthew's shoulder, at the back.
"You can't hide from me, Matthew." Ose said walking towards him. "There is nothing in the realms that is a secret to me."
Matthew fend off a Cambion that tried to stab him while he removed the ice shard from his shoulder. On his next movement, Matthew used Aym's dagger to cut off the Cambion's head with ease. He was impressed by how sharp that blade was.
Ose's rapier found Matthew's vest before even the Cambion's head reached the ground. It carved a big hole on the protective equipment, but not enough to draw blood.
