His face immediately became ugly. Contrary to his plan of baiting all the pig-like persons to follow him while he sprinted to help the girl, this pig didn't take the bait.
The same one that had been rubbing ingredients on the girl was now standing in front of him, the girl tied up at its back. Its ugly teeth bared, its hands spread wide to capture Tarkan.
But Tarkan did not panic.
His mind went into overdrive as he continued running towards the pig-human creature without changing direction.
Just as he neared it, he noticed weapons similar to the ones carried by the pig-human creatures chasing him, scattered on the ground.
Still moving at full speed, Tarkan crouched and picked up a marksman club with sharp objects sticking out of it, and a sickle in his other hand.
The pig-human creature, seeing Tarkan entering its range and picking up weapons right in front of it, made a gesture to catch him, as though trying to grab a chicken.
