Charlie knew that Zach meant business and decided to head straight to the office of construction to talk to Deeke. Charlie walked in the office and walked right up to Deeke's desk.
"We need to talk and you need to listen to me. I've been putting this off for a while but I can't do it no more."
The tone of Charlie's voice got Deeke's attention. "Babe, I'm sorry about last night. I left my shoes right out for you to trip over them and I'm always leaving my clothes on the floor. I'm sorry, I know that bugs the shit out of you but I'm going to do better. Maybe when we get a place of our own where we're not stressed at all, we can work a few kinks out in our relationship."
"No Deeke, that ain't got nothing to do with it. I need to talk and you need to listen. I got a few things I want to say."
