"Tsukuyomi"
"Mangekyō Sharingan, Tsukuyomi!"
Everything went black. When Nezuko opened her eyes again, she found herself in a vast, unfamiliar grassland.
It was perfectly flat, stretching to the horizon, with not a single tree in sight. A gentle breeze played with her hair.
She was human again, completely free of any demonic traits, able to stand in the sunlight without fear of burning.
"Nezuko." A deeply familiar voice called from behind.
Her body trembled. Turning, she was overcome with tears.
Standing behind her was her family. Her mother, KieKamado, had spoken her name.
Seeing her deceased family before her, Nezuko couldn't hold back. She threw her arms open, running to Kie Kamado and collapsing into her embrace. Kie Kamado held her close without hesitation.
"Mama, Rokuta, Takeo, Shigeru, Hanako," Nezuko sobbed, a faint smile playing on her lips despite her tears.
"I missed you all so much."
"Sister, we missed you too. How have you been?"
Rokuta Kamado grinned, his innocent face beaming with a bright smile.
Time seemed to stretch endlessly. Nezuko remained motionless in Kie Kamado's embrace, and no one disturbed her.
After a long while, another familiar voice called from behind.
"Nezuko."
She turned to see Tanjiro, his haori draped over his shoulders, his Demon Slayer uniform gone, smiling warmly at her.
"Nii-chan!"
Seeing Tanjiro, Nezuko remembered everything that had happened since she became a demon. She immediately pulled away from Kie Kamado and rushed into Tanjiro's arms.
Tanjiro gently stroked Nezuko's head, his eyes full of affection.
"Nezuko, you won't hurt your family, right?" Tanjiro asked softly.
"Not me, not anyone. You won't hurt anyone, will you? Because you're Nezuko."
"Mm-hmm." Nezuko nodded, a little hesitantly.
The Kamado family—all except their father, Tanjuro Kamado—were reunited, Nezuko completely lost in the warmth of their embrace.
After a seemingly endless seventy-two hours, the world around her began to blur. Then, Aoki's face—his Mangekyō Sharingan activated, his face covered in dust and sweat—came into sharp focus.
Tears welled in her eyes. Her body began to shrink, her demonic features gradually fading, until she finally fainted in Aoki's arms, a faint smile still visible on her lips.
Carrying Nezuko, Aoki retreated, keeping an eye on Daki, who was climbing out of the rubble.
He then approached Tanjiro and gave Nezuko into his care.
While Nezuko's situation was resolved, it didn't improve their overall position. With Nezuko out of the fight and Shinobu Kocho injured, they were now three against Gyutaro and Daki—a significant disadvantage.
Taking a deep breath, Aoki slowly raised his Nichirin Blade. He had a hunch about how to defeat them, though its success was uncertain.
But in this situation, they had to try, or none of them would survive.
"I need to shorten the distance between them," he muttered, his eyes suddenly hardening.
"Breath of Devouring, Fourth Form: Thunder Annihilation!"
Moving like a black streak of lightning, Aoki appeared behind Daki in the next instant, his blade already poised to strike.
Flickering black lightning traced the path of his movement, occasionally exploding into sparks.
Daki's eyes widened as her head separated from her body and fell to the ground.
Her headless body rose, about to retrieve her head, but Aoki was faster, grabbing it and sprinting away.
"Hey, you damn fool, get my head back!"
Daki yelled, her voice filled with frustration.
Though decapitation wouldn't kill her, her power was significantly weakened, rendering her head useless for attack.
Gyutaro, who had been relentlessly pressing Tengen Uzui, heard Daki's shout. He kicked Tengen Uzui away and charged towards Aoki.
His speed was far superior to Aoki's. He appeared behind Aoki in a flash, his sickles ready to pierce him.
Sensing the danger, Aoki instantly used the Flying Thunder God technique, teleporting back to his previous position, leaving Gyutaro's attack swinging through empty air.
Feeling mocked, Gyutaro, disregarding everything else, charged at Aoki again.
Aoki, back in his original spot, was immediately attacked by Daki's headless body. He had to drop Daki's head to dodge.
Daki quickly recovered her head and renewed her assault, with Gyutaro swiftly following.
Aoki was now surrounded, the situation extremely critical.
But Aoki remained still, unmoving. As they closed in, he tightened his grip on his Nichirin Blade.
"Wind Style Swordsmanship: Steel-Cutting Flash, Whirlwind Slash!"
The surrounding air began to churn violently, rushing into Aoki's broken Nichirin Blade, imbuing it with a sky-blue glow.
Feeling the immense weight of the blade, Aoki gripped it with both hands, spinning it forcefully.
As the compressed air was unleashed, a gigantic blue tornado erupted, roaring like a ferocious beast.
Gyutaro and Daki, mere inches from Aoki, were pinned in place by the wind's force, their bodies cut by wind blades and tossed into the air.
