He heartily thumped Kyle’s back in congratulations. “Noa is doing well, then? No major issues?”
“Aside from being a bit more tired than usual, she is perfectly healthy,” Kyle replied.
The Duke’s smile widened almost impossibly further. After all, what parent wouldn’t be delighted to see their child building a family? He brushed aside the small voice in his head that sounded suspiciously like Kyle’s, as it reminded him that, technically, they were brothers. I raised the kid. I can call him whatever I wish!
“It seems the news has not reached the public yet. When do you plan to announce it?” he asked curiously.
“We are planning to wait until after the second trimester when things have stabilized a little. I would like to avoid it as long as possible, so please, brother, be discreet,” Kyle emphasized.
“Really, what do you take me for? I shall not breathe a word to anyone,” Martin vowed, clutching his chest in mock offense as his brother continued to squint suspiciously at him.
