After the trio crossed a metal bridge and entered through a large opening, they entered a small maintenance room. The trio heard giggling, which surprised them and made them look around.
Soon after, the trio saw a small, anthropomorphic unicorn toy with dirty white skin, dirty aqua fur on its mane, hooves, the inside of its ears, and tail, wearing a collar with a color wheel on it, come out of the hole.
As the Ruined Critter approached the trio, Michelle noticed parts of its ears were torn, and it had white glowing eyes, with one of the plastic black eyes hanging down on the left one.
When the Ruined Critter started growling at the trio, Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the ground before pulling the trigger.
The flare shot out of the orange hand and hit the ground, which startled the Ruined Critter before it ran back into the hole. Michelle looked at the hole with a hum. "So these things don't like fire; good to know," she said.
As Michelle looked at the orange hand, she noticed a timer and the number four on the screen. When the timer finished, it went up to five. "And I only got five shots in this thing," Michelle said before gripping the handle. "I need to make them count."
Michelle glanced to the left and saw a TV with a purple VHS player. "There's a tape in this place somewhere," she continued.
Michelle glanced at the opening before going through it and turning to the right. Soon after, Michelle saw a purple VHS tape inside a makeshift tent, which made her crouch and let go of the left arm cannon's handle before grabbing it.
After Michelle stood up properly, she returned to the duo. "I found it," she said before approaching the player.
After Michelle inserted the tape into the player, the trio looked at the TV as it booted up. "OK... this is... CatNap. Uhhhh... experiment #1188. What's his real name again?" Leith asked.
Michelle glared at the TV. "Not this bastard again..." she said in a low voice.
"Ah! OK," Leith said before clearing his throat. "Heya, Theo! How ya doin', bud? Normally I'd have Dr. Sawyer do this, but he's uhhh... out, let's say."
The trio stared at the TV. "So you got me until they find a replacement," Leith continued. "First off, congrats! This is officially your fourth year in your new body, and you've made some real progress, pal."
Michelle's grip against the right arm cannon's handle tightened. "I was told that when you and the other Smiling Critters, y'know, DogDay, PickyPiggy, yadda yadda yadda, were added into Playcare, that you weren't really getting along too well with the kids like everybody else was," Leith said.
The trio glared at the TV. "But look at you now! The kids love ya and that Red Smoke! I mean, that's fantastic, isn't it?!" Leith shouted.
Michelle gritted her teeth. "Is his, uh, voice thingy still broken?" Leith asked.
"THE PROTOTYPE WILL SAVE US..." CatNap said.
"Theo... nobody's gonna save you. This prison is where you belong," Leith said. "We'll let you out here and there to go see the kids in Playcare, but your home is here. And as for 'The Prototype', his home is in the labs. THIS is your life now; get used to it."
When the TV turned off, Michelle's blood was boiling. "I really hate that guy..." she said angrily.
Miss Delight nodded in agreement with angry eyes. "I never liked him ever since he took charge of this place," she said.
Mommy Long Legs picked up the TV before crushing it in her hand, which surprised the duo. Soon after, Mommy Long Legs let go of the destroyed TV, which made it hit the ground with a loud thud. "I think it's time we find a way out of here," she said.
The duo nodded before they approached the opening; Michelle aimed the arm cannon's flashlight at the padded walls with a slight frown. "To think this was a place kids played in," she said in a low voice.
When the trio entered a room with a tent, a small anthropomorphic pig toy with dirty pink skin, dirty dark pink on its hooves, snout, and insides of its ears, glowing white eyes with two plastic eyes hanging under them, wearing a collar with a red apple pendant, entered the room.
Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the ground before pulling the trigger, shooting a flare at it and making the Ruined Critter run away.
Michelle turned her head to the right and spotted an open vent. "It seems like that vent can get us to the other room, but Mommy would be stuck in here," she said.
Mommy Long Legs looked up and noticed a giant hole in the ceiling before looking at the duo. "I can take an alternate route from the roof," she said.
Michelle nodded before she and Miss Delight approached the vent, before crouching and crawled inside it while Mommy Long Legs climbed the wall before going through the hole.
As the duo crawled inside the vent, they heard small giggles, which made Michelle turn her head to Miss Delight. "Stay close to me, Miss Delight," she said, which made her nod.
After the duo got out of the vent, a few Ruined Critters on the floor approached them. Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the ground before shooting a flare near the Ruined Critters, which startled them, and they ran away.
The duo climbed a ramp and entered a small room; when they got to the other ramp, a Ruined Hoppy Hopscotch growled at the duo.

When the duo reached the top, they crawled through padded pipes; soon after, they found a slide before sliding down it. When the duo went through a different padded pipe, they saw a slide. "This way," Michelle said before sliding down it, which made Miss Delight follow.
When the duo landed on the ground, they crouched before hunkering forward. The duo heard giggling, which made them look around. "Something tells me we entered the lion's den..." Michelle said in a low voice.
Miss Delight nodded as they traversed through small, padded structures; after they got out of the structure, they saw a large button. "We need something large to press that button," Michelle said.
Miss Delight looked up and saw a padded block before pointing her stump at it. "Miss Misha, up there," she said.
Michelle looked at the padded block and grabbed the left arm cannon's handle before aiming at it and pulling the trigger.
The blue hand shot forward and grabbed the padded block before pulling it to the button, which powered something up. "There's more than likely another button on the other side; we have to find it," Michelle said.
Miss Delight nodded before the duo walked away; as they returned to the padded structures, a Ruined DogDay approached them and growled.

Eventually, the duo reached the other side and saw the padded block, which made Michelle aim the left arm cannon at it and pull the trigger.
The blue hand shot forward and grabbed the padded block before pulling it to the button. "That should do it," Michelle said before the duo entered the padded structures.
When the duo reached the padded pipes, they entered the one on the right; they climbed a ramp before going through a different padded pipe. Soon after, the duo stood at the top of the structures; a Ruined CatNap turned to them and growled.
Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the ground before shooting a flare near a Ruined CatNap, which startled it before running away. When the duo looked at the center, they saw a button.
After the duo got to a circular platform, Michelle aimed the left arm cannon at the button before pulling the trigger. The blue hand shot forward and pressed the button, which made the circular platform spin to the other side.
The duo jumped off the circular platform and landed on the ground before approaching the door. Michelle let go of the left arm cannon's handle before grabbing the doorknob and twisting it; after she opened the door, they went down the stairs.
Soon after, the duo entered a pool area and looked around before walking forward. Michelle looked at the empty pool with a slight smile. "It's been a while since I've been in this room," she said. "Kevin and I would teach Katie how to swim in here... those would lead to a lot of splash fights."
Michelle remembered her younger self wearing a purple one-piece bathing suit in the pool, splashing water at a young Kevin wearing red swimming trunks and a young Katelynn wearing a frilly pink one-piece swimsuit while they were splashing water at her before laughing a bit and sighing happily. "Good times..." she said in a low voice.
The duo heard something from the roof, which made them look up and Michelle aim the right arm cannon at it. Soon after, the duo saw Mommy Long Legs enter the room through the large hole. "You two alright?" she asked.
The duo nodded as Michelle lowered the right arm cannon. "Those Ruined Critters are kind of a pain in the ass," she said.
Mommy Long Legs hummed as she got on the ground. "I know what you mean..." she said.
The trio looked at the yellow double doors before approaching them. Michelle let go of the right arm cannon's handle before grabbing the doorknobs and twisting them.
After Michelle opened the double doors, the trio entered a room with small cells in the distance. "If I remember right, they use this place to put bad kids in timeout," she said.
The duo looked around the area. "That sounds right..." Miss Delight said in a low voice before the trio walked forward.
When Michelle looked forward, she noticed legs with orange fur and golden-brown fur on their lower paws lying on the ground, which made her eyes widen. "No fucking way..." she said in a low voice.
Michelle sprinted forward, which surprised the duo. "Hey!" they shouted before following her.
When Michelle was close to the cell with the legs, she tried to catch her breath as she saw DogDay, wearing a belt around his waist, with his arms and neck restrained by different belts. "DogDay," she said.
DogDay slowly opened his eyes before looking forward; he saw Michelle as the duo approached her. "You... you seem familiar..." he said. "Have we met?"
Michelle nodded. "Remember the girl who accidentally bumped into you in Playcare and was accompanied by a young boy and a little girl?" she asked.
DogDay stared at Michelle before his eyes widened in shock. "Misha..." he said in a low voice.
Michelle nodded as she dug her hand into her right pocket before pulling her Swiss Army knife out of it. "That's right," she said before pulling the blade part out of it.
Michelle quickly approached the belt restraining DogDay's right hand before placing the knife on it and quickly moving it back and forth. "I'm getting you out of those restraints," she continued before she cut it, which made his hand drop.
As Michelle reached for the belt restraining DogDay's right arm and started moving the knife quickly, he looked at her with worried eyes. "You shouldn't be here; get out while you still can," he said.
Michelle ignored DogDay while the belt started fraying. "A million pairs of eyes are on you... watching, waiting, hungry," he continued. "They want nothing more than to crawl beneath your skin and eat away at you bit by bit..."
Michelle gritted her teeth and stopped moving the knife. "I couldn't bear witness to a gruesome fate put upon you, just—" DogDay was interrupted when she glared at her. "That's enough!!"
DogDay looked at Michelle, surprised, as she continued moving the knife. "I'm not leaving you in a place like this just to let you die!! Especially if the said person has people waiting for them!" she shouted.
Michelle cut the belt, which made DogDay's right arm drop; she got close to one of the belts wrapped around his neck and started moving the knife quickly. "I don't want to lose another life! Not when I..." she said.
Michelle remembered the deranged Miss Delight crushed under the shutter, which made her stop moving the knife before gritting her teeth with tears pricking her eyes. "Not when I could've saved them..." she continued.
DogDay stared at Michelle in shock. "Misha..." he said in a low voice.
Michelle quickly shook her head before she continued moving the knife against the belt. "Mommy, can you tear the other three?" she asked.
Mommy Long Legs nodded before reaching for the other belt around his neck; Michelle cut the belt around DogDay's neck while she tore the other one.
Soon after, Mommy Long Legs tore the belts around DogDay's left arm and hand, which made him fall forward. Mommy Long Legs quickly caught DogDay before he hit the ground. "Whoa there, I got you," she said before carrying him on her back.
DogDay stared at Michelle as she folded the knife before putting the Swiss Army knife back in her right pocket. "You've changed a lot since I last saw you..." he said.
When Michelle turned to DogDay, he had happy eyes. "You've become an independent young woman with a kind heart," he continued.
Michelle smiled at DogDay until they heard multiple giggling, which made her turn to the empty cell before the trio stepped away. Soon after, multiple Ruined Critters emerged from the holes in the walls. "Oh no!" DogDay shouted.
The group started backing away as the Ruined Critters entered the hallway. "What are they after?" Miss Delight asked.
As Michelle looked at the Ruined Critters, she noticed they were glaring at her, growling. "It's me..." she said, which made the trio look at her. "They're after me because I freed their meal ticket."
Michelle glanced down and noticed she stood on old wooden boards covering a hole in the ground before grabbing the right arm cannon's handle and turning her head to Mommy Long Legs. "Take DogDay and Miss Delight and get out of here through the roof; I'll take another route," she continued.
DogDay looked at Michelle with shocked eyes. "No, you can't—" he was cut off when she looked at him with stern eyes, which surprised him. "Your group helped someone from my group while I couldn't do anything."
Michelle gripped the right arm cannon's handle. "I plan on repaying them for doing something they couldn't do while I'm out here," she continued.
DogDay stared at Michelle. "Misha..." he said in a low voice.
Michelle looked at Mommy Long Legs. "Protect those two and go!!" she shouted.
Mommy Long Legs nodded as she quickly grabbed Miss Delight. "Be careful!" she shouted before running toward the back.
Michelle glared at the Ruined Critters as they charged toward her before raising her right leg. "You want me... come and get me!" she shouted before slamming her foot against the boards under her feet, which destroyed them and made her fall.
When Michelle landed on the ground, she sprinted through a padded pipe while the Ruined Critters chased her. As Michelle climbed the slope, a shutter opened, which made her go through it.
As Michelle turned right, the shutter ahead of her closed, which made her turn left. Michelle climbed the ramps before entering a tube on the left. A Ruined Bobby BearHug approached Michelle with a growl.
Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the ground before shooting a flare near the Ruined Bobby BearHug, which startled it before running away.
Michelle turned left before turning right; as she entered the small room, the ground under her dropped, which made her land on the ground before sprinting through the tunnel.
Soon after, Michelle saw a slide, which made her sprint toward it; a Ruined KickinChicken came out of the hole before jumping toward her. Michelle aimed the right arm cannon at the Ruined KickinChicken before shooting a flare at it, which made it yell in pain.
The Ruined KickinChicken landed on the ground and started rolling around as Michelle reached the slide before sliding down.
At the bottom of the slide, Michelle sprinted forward as a shutter opened; as she entered the room, multiple Ruined Critters entered from the pipes.
Michelle sprinted to the left and spotted a jump pad in the distance. Michelle quickly twisted the knob, switching the orange hand to the purple hand, before aiming the right arm cannon at the jump pad and pulling the trigger.
The purple hand launched Michelle to the other side before landing near the lift. As Michelle turned to the opening, the shutter quickly closed, which made the Ruined Critters scream in rage.
Michelle stared at the shutter while trying to catch her breath before facing the lift and getting on it.
The lift's gate closed before it started going up; Michelle sat down with a heavy sigh. "I think my exhaustion is getting to me..." she said in a low voice before rubbing her eyes with her left hand. "I feel so tired..."
Michelle took a deep breath before exhaling and pulling her hand away. "You gotta stay strong, Misha..." she said in a low voice. "You're so close to the goal..."
The lift reached the top before the gate opened, which made Michelle stand up and get off it. As Michelle looked around the room, she spotted a DogDay cutout.
Michelle turned away from the cutout and spotted a slide before approaching it. When Michelle was close to the slide, she sat down and looked forward. "I'll be seeing you shortly," she said before going down it.
