The level of euphoria Caius experienced was beyond anything he had ever enjoyed— Ever!
He was so full of the Evolutionary charge of Arousal that it seeped beyond his Evolution meter to his entire body and even beyond that to his psyche. What Caius experienced was best described as a psychedelic trip, where everything seemed perfect and right. A lot like the effect drugs can have on the mind.
But the visions Caius had, and the strange, brilliant lights that burst behind his eyelids, didn't seem like hallucinations. They seemed real. The images started as nothing specific and then took actual form.
Caius found himself swamped with the smell of the forest—a wistful scent of green forest leaves and the sweet feeling of the cool forest breeze against his skin. He saw magical beasts of various kinds—from cute and cuddly to ravaging and ferocious. And he thought they were all beautiful.
