But than realised I can become a cricketer if I'm good enough in a country with absolute no cricketing culture.
Since than it's been about 9 years and I'm working very hard to become a cricketer in this country.
Now at 21 have graduated college at 20 and soon decided to work part time while playing.
Because it's hard to know when and where the selectors are at.
Do people even select players in this country? Am I eligible enough to play cricket?
I'm unsure.
For now my main focus is to play for leagues and than maybe get scouted by ipl teams.
Well it is a bit delusional to think I'll get selected for an ipl team when this city isn't a part of regional tournament
"Hey can you turn on the tv, there's some important news coming up from the central Govt."

5 days... I can't even wait 5 Minutes.
But on a good note, our province has a team and it can even have 2 teams.
I'm a rare commodity since I'm a wicketkeeper batsman so I'm sure I'll be selected based on recent records.
I can only hope nepotism and politics doesn't take over like in my country for this selections.
