Pierce and Mr. Fantastic, watching from a distance, kept applauding Kazuto Kadoya's outstanding performance.
"The director is wise. You have to be the director. If it weren't for you going against all odds, we wouldn't have discovered such a talented person as Kadoya Tsukasa," a Hydra agent complimented.
"Indeed, the director has sharp eyes." A trace of fear flashed in Mr. Fantastic's eyes. Kadoya Tsukasa's strength exceeded his imagination.
Even he might not be able to defeat that Iron Man, yet Kadoya Tsukasa managed to take down Iron Man without sustaining any injury.
Moreover, Kazuto Kadoya's personality destined him to be difficult to control. Mr. Fantastic had been wary of him ever since Kadoya arrived. This was why Kadoya didn't know who Alex Ray was.
Besides, Kadoya was recommended by Director Pierce. In terms of trustworthiness, Kadoya might even rank higher. In that case, this man could threaten Pierce's position.
At this moment, Pierce was in a good mood seeing Kadoya's outstanding performance. He was worthy of being the elite personally selected.

When Alex heard this, his heart involuntarily stirred.
He walked slowly toward Kadoya and said calmly, "It was just the wind blowing that time. It doesn't mean his strength has diminished."
When Kadoya heard Alex's words, he was momentarily stunned, then showed a meaningful smile.
He looked at Alex and said, "I didn't expect you to know him. Then you should know me too."
Kadoya never thought that Alex, from this world, could actually know other Riders. It seemed they could travel the world like him.
Alex nodded. "How could I not know? The destroyer of worlds, Kadoya Tsukasa. Your reputation is well-known throughout the Rider world."
Kadoya smiled and said no more. But Alex's eyes now blazed with a strong desire to fight. Usually indifferent, he felt an unprecedented excitement and thrill.
"Do you need to rest, destroyer of worlds?" Alex asked kindly.
Kadoya shook his head. "No need. That battle was just a warm-up for me."
Their conversation made Tony Stark feel helpless.
He looked at the two and thought to himself, "Just a warm-up... these two are truly formidable!"
But he knew there was nothing he could do.
He could only stand silently aside.
Soon, Kadoya completed his transformation and became the majestic Kamen Rider Decade. He pointed at Alex, eyes full of confusion and anticipation. "Why haven't you transformed into Kamen Rider Decade yet?"
Alex shook his head slightly, a mysterious smile playing on his lips. "To deal with you, the power of Decade might not be enough. So, I decided to use a stronger force."
After saying that, Alex pulled out a glittering golden belt from his waist.
"Okay, now it's time for the long-awaited legendary moment!"
Under Kadoya's surprised gaze, Alex took out a golden card from his pocket.
"A card? This? Is it the same transformation system as the one Kadoya Tsukasa uses?" Tony asked, eyes fixed on the golden card, trying to see through its secret.
Alex ignored Tony's surprise and quickly inserted the golden card into the drive on his waist.
"Kemi takes control!"
Tony and Kadoya clearly heard mechanical sounds coming from the void again.
"Transform!"
"Biu, biu!" Two crisp sounds rang out.
"Legend!"
A huge golden magic circle appeared behind Alex.
The circle emitted dazzling light, as if illuminating the entire world.
The golden circle rapidly enveloped Alex, whose body began undergoing incredible changes.
The next moment, a knight clad in gold appeared magnificently.
He stood there, scanning everything around with sharp eyes.
The golden armor on his body sparkled in the sun, emitting dazzling light. His figure was tall and majestic, like an invincible king descending to the world.
Kadoya looked at the new knight before him with great interest in his eyes. "Your transformation effects are really spectacular! It feels like my transformation combined with Suōkō Zi-O's effects. Kamen Rider Legend? What an interesting name."
Tony looked at Alex, glowing golden, and couldn't help but sigh inwardly. "This guy is so powerful! He actually has such a powerful form!"
But then again, the golden armor was a bit too flashy. It wasn't really suited for a low-key rich man like me.
In the monitoring room, Mr. Fantastic clenched his fists watching Alex's transformation.
His eyes gleamed with jealousy and anger. "Damn it! Such a gorgeous Kamen Rider is not mine!!! Damn it!!! Why does he always get such good things!!!"
