They weren't shocked that Naruto was the Fourth Hokage's son, as they'd long known from Imperial information.
They were stunned by what Imperial Setsuna called the persecution of Uzumaki Naruto.
Hiruzen frowned too.
"What's this? The Third Hokage always treated Naruto well. Elder Setsuna, don't speak recklessly."
"Right, Naruto made many mistakes as a kid, and the Third Hokage forgave them all."
"Hmph! How laughable. The Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, fought fiercely against the rampaging Nine-Tails to protect the village, ultimately falling and sacrificing his life to seal it."
"His son, Uzumaki Naruto, even as a Jinchuriki, bore the mission of protecting the village and should've been raised as a pillar of the nation. But what happened? "I was saving injured civilians…" Hiruzen said.
"Saving injured civilians? What kind of excuse is that? You were the first to fight the Nine-Tails—why didn't you use Shiki Fujin?"
"I…"
"In short, you were just afraid to die! Your heroic act in the final battle with Orochimaru—disgusting. Orochimaru's betrayal of Konoha is inseparable from you, his teacher. Moreover… didn't you let Orochimaru escape smoothly back then?"

Imperial Setsuna swept his gaze over the Konoha crowd.
The Konoha ninja were silent.
"Sadly, Naruto's been captured by Akatsuki and can't hear this. Otherwise, I'd love to see his expression learning that the Sarutobi Hiruzen he respected since childhood is such a bastard." Imperial Setsuna said maliciously.
Hiruzen lowered his head, too afraid to speak.
"Of course, this alone isn't the worst. The most outrageous is Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzō colluding to annihilate the Uchiha clan—hundreds of lives! Almost none spared, men, women, old, or young!"
Imperial Setsuna said viciously.

Ninja World Sasuke's Susanoo slashed horizontally again, aiming to kill the frozen Danzō.
At that moment, Torune and Fū, protecting him, moved to save him.
One released a swarm of insects to whisk Danzō away, the other used Shintenshin no Jutsu on Ninja World Sasuke inside his Susanoo.
But Sasuke glared, and both erupted in black flames, screaming in agony, rolling on the ground.
