"Hungry?" Adam asked, his voice low and teasing, a beautiful smile tugging at his lips as he studied his wife's flushed face. His hair was tousled from their night, his eyes still heavy with the kind of satisfaction that made Sofia's stomach flutter.
Sofia stretched under the sheets, wincing softly before letting out a small sigh. "I'm sore," she admitted, her voice breathless. Only when Adam's brow arched did she realize what she had just confessed aloud. She flushed crimson, fumbling to add, "But... it feels nice."
Her cheeks burned, but Adam's grin only widened, darkening into something hungrier.
"Sore, hmm?" he drawled, his gaze sweeping down to the rise and fall of the sheets draped across her naked form. His hand slid lazily along her waist, fingertips brushing over the sensitive skin he had worshipped only hours ago. "That's because you were clinging to me like you never wanted to let me go."
"Adam..." Sofia buried her face into the pillow, her ears hot.
