Kael's eyes turned to void. "No."
He raised both hands—

The air exploded in silence.

With one motion, he ripped the lies out of the air, drawing them into his own Shard.
"Too late," he whispered. "I remember who I am now."
He plunged his hand into the Reaper's face—and deleted it.
