"You're an adventurer?" The woman asked, looking down at Kai's license.
"That's right. Got any requests?" Kai took a seat and waved his hand for a drink.
The god pretending to be a bartender poured a drink for Kai and passed it to him.
Kai tossed the god a gold coin. "Appreciate it. Keep the change."
"Thanks, dear customer. Enjoy your drink."
Kai drank the beer, but it tasted like shit. He didn't really care for alcohol anyway.
"What type of request do you want?" The woman asked
"One that will be a challenge. So a really difficult request. Preferably one where I can kill people." Kai purposely looked around at all of the gods and smiled.
They knew that he was referring to them, but they didn't really pay him any mind since they assumed he was a god. Everyone here knew who Kai was as well, which is why the guild went silent when he walked in.
